ok my mom is doing the shower and she was thinking maybe to do it in march since i could have them anytime between april17th and may 9th per my doctor so what do yall think is it ok time or to soon

Fifteen years ago.. I was an utterly different person. Doing drugs, fighting, sleepin around, and stealing ****... was just my way. Now I am sedentary, monogomous, law abiding and if one doesnt cross me or mine, no more of the ultra violence... Anyhow, when I comme across folks I have somehow wronged from those daze gone bye, I at least try to apologize. In my mind I owe them a debt of gratitude as if you changed one thing, removed one person or incident, I would be a totally different person. And to put it simply, I kinda dig me,
However, I have noticed sometimes the reactions of these wronged folks is... well not very happy... So, am I doing further damage with my apologies? Should I just let it be?

I recently purchased a home for me and my fiance with the intent of us living in it a starting our lives together, within 2 months of living in the property, we decided to break up. The home is completely in my name and I went into a serious depression, I quit my job and visited friends in another state until recently. I only made 1 mortgage payment on the house before renting it out to a couple. The couple moved in and payed me only ONE time and have not payed me yet. I've been trying to get them evicted but the court process is too slow and now I'm 2 months late on the mortgage. I cannot afford the place on my own and now these people are taking advantage of my house. What happens to a new mortgage that immediatly defaults?

I'm 19 and a virgin the guy i'm seeing is 18 the other day about 4 days ago i went over to his house and we started fooling around and getting aroused but i don't think it was enough arousal maybe could have needed more, but anyway he put on the condom and he went slow and he put it in and i felt a lot of pressure and it hurt really bad? Is that common? but it hurt so we stopped. ok the real question is, I'm ready to have sex but i'm afraid of the pain, should i go ahead and get it over with and does the pain go away for the first time. Little backstory, me and my siblings dont have the same mom so I dont talk to them much, and I dont talk to their side of the family AT ALL.

Also the will was unsigned, and the estate is "unsupervised"....im not sure if thats bad or not aswell.

Ok, well my father passed away march of 2006, while he was in the hospital on his death bed, a lawyer came and i had to sign a paper to make my aunt executor i believe....i was not in a mindstate to think anyone would be screwing me over so i signed.

My father left a buisness, which was sold for 133,000 last summer , and he also left houses which arent sold yet. they were appraised though.

well it will be 2 years in march and i still havent recieved my full share.

In may of 2007 my aunt had me and my 2 siblings go to her house and she gave us each 7,000 dollars of the money...she said she couldnt give it all yet because she has to wait and see if anyone comes forward that my dad owes. she said in a few months if they dont come forward in 60 days she would distribute the rest and put me and my siblings in charge of selling the houses on our own.

Well I wait and wait and still nothing,its been 6 months since that happened and everytime i talk to my brother he tells me the moneys coming and were waiting to go into probate, that my aunt is just busy and shes taking longer than she should because she works for the mayor and is always busy. And that were waiting to get a court date?

He seems sincere and in need of money as much as I am and seems like hes being serious about it but I dont trust him or anyone on that side of the family, so im kinda scared I may be getting screwed and I dont know what to do.

Just recently he called to tell me that he asked our aunt to give us a little more cash, well supposedly im supposed to be recieveing a 500 dollar check soon...and in the mail tommorow im supposed to recieve an inventory list of the estate.

I have a question though.....How can she distribute money little by little but has to wait for probate to give it all out?

Are they messing with me?

Also ive tried to contact he lawyer that handles the estate a few months back and he told me not to call him, but to call my aunt and talk to her because he costs 100 dollars an hour and that these things take time.....even though my dads estate money is paying for him, im not allowed to talk to him? I dont get it.

Please give me your opinion on the situation. and any ideas of what I should do?

My friend works for a company, where the Assistant General Manager has been trying to get him fired for the longest while, but he cannot fire him, because he has no real grounds. First he accuses him of using company property for personal reasons, this was refuted and found that my brother was not. He has told my friend to not do works that the General Manager assigned him, and we know the motive would be he would have proof that he is disrespectful! Next he accuses him of stealing, and this too was refuted. Now he is accusing him of having sexual relations with another employee on company promises. This is also not true. Is this considered harassment? What can be done about it? There are so many more, but way too much to mention! Desperately seeking some advice!!!

early last week I visited a certain Jewelry store in town w/ my mom. I decided on a diamond and the engagement ring. I told the guy I would come back on Saturday to purchase it and asked him if I needed to put anything down to hold it. He told me that I did not need to put any money down and shook my hand and told me that my handshake is worth money. Well when I came back on Saturday to purchase the engagement ring I found out the diamond was sold (but the engagement band he still hand). He said he needed to order me another diamond (same quality, etc.) but it would take 2 weeks. I left the store again shaking his hand and telling him I cant wait to get the diamond and purchase it from you. Should I buy it from this guy or just go some place else because this is no way of doing business. Anyone else been in this kind of situation?
