I'm only 16 and I feel like I have no power over what happens to my Grandma. She's very old, and there's no question that her eldest daughter (my aunt) is brainwashing her to get her will changed. My mom had 10 brothers and sisters. She was the youngest. She was so far apart in age that she was too young to understand what her sister was doing...at first. What my aunt would do (still does) was she would become good friends with elderly people. She would take care and befriend older people. She'd take them to get alcohol when nobody else would, she'd take them shopping, drive them places and pretty much replace their children in their life with herself. That was fine...but, she started to convince them to change their wills so she could obtain their money. They would leave their money to her when they died, and leave their children nothing. My mom's older siblings were, as bad as this sounds, paid off not to speak of it. They got a portion of the money to keep quiet....continued!

I am pregnant with my second child (a girl), and my son will be 2 when she is born. I was originally planning on quiting my job and staying home with both kids. My boss informed me today that he is going to nearly double my salary, and I'm sure it's because he wants me to come back after I have my daughter.

Right now, my dad (who is retired) watches my son while my husband and I are at work. He loves doing it and it's free! However, he just turned 60 and he has said that he is just not physically capable of watching a 2 year old and new born. My mother says it would really break his heart if he was not able to watch my son any longer. She suggests I find daycare (I would probably hire a nanny) for my daughter and continue to let my dad watch my son assuming I go back to work.

What do you guys think about seperating my kids? I am so torn, I really need some advice!

We were in a deal to sell a house where the purchasers agent acted as dual agent because we were giving up and about to rent the property after being on the market for 6 months. Need less to say it was a nightmare. The home inspector broke our furnace boiler which in turn flooded our house. It is a he said she said thing so we sucked it up and moved on. That same worthless inspector scared our buyers by telling them that the foundation was shot. So we are smart and educated people offered to have a engineer come in. The agent wanted us to use their person because he could come in faster and quoted me a cost of between $300-$400 for it so we agreed. I tried numerous times to get the price but the agent told me not to worry about it needless to say the deal fell apart and now this guy is trying to bill us $750 which he lowered to $510 after we flipped out. I told him I do not think I should have to pay more than the quoted amount and he is saying he is goin to put a lien on the house

i was watching a show on PBS tht talked abt non muslim youths who commited murders and robberies and assaults in prison. they opened up the Quran one time in thei jail cells and they convert then and there, and they became better ppl. they changed completly.

y does islam have this impact on ppl? wat is the magic in it?

(i) f(0)=2
(ii) f'(x)>0 for all x
(iii) The graph of f is concave up for all x>0 and concave down for all x<0
-Let f be the function defined by g(x) = f(x^2)

1. Find g(0)
- I am stuck from setting the eq to be g(0) = f(0^2)

2. Find the x coordinate of all minimum points of g.
- minimum ts.. exist when g' = zero or und.. and changes from negative to positive, but i don't know what g is..!!
3. Where is the graph of g concave up?
- That's when g' is increasing and g''>0, but I have no idea how to derive function g out of information of f.

I am working on a problem in which I need to calculate a 97% confidence interval.

This would make my alpha=.03
alpha/2=.015

However, .015 is not on my t-distribution chart! I don't know what to do!! Anyone know??

We're pregnant with 2 little girls. We both love the name Alana but we can't seem to pick a middle name!

We'd like to honor our mothers with the girls' middle names. My mother is Brenda Jo. And his mother's is Kathleen.

We've thought about using Ava Kathleen and Alana_____? Any suggestions? Any other names that could go nicely with Alana?

I just moved to a new apartment and tried to use the oven and it was smoking really bad. I was just trying to pre-heat it and my kitchen filled with smoke! The oven is really dirty and needs to be cleaned, but it's a self cleaning oven with a broken self cleaning feature. I was told never to manually clean a self cleaning oven. I have two little kids and need an oven!!! What should I do???

Why is he in a commercial that compares him to an unstoppable watch. Hes been pretty easy to stop this year. Shouldnt it have been Brady or Peyton hell even Testeverde or Trent Dilfer.
