None of the Great Lakes 'belongs' to Canada.
Out of five lakes, Lakes Superior, Huron, Erie, and Ontario are part of US/Canada border - i.e. the border splits each one of them.
Lake Michigan is entirely in the US.

Of the Original 5 Great Lake, Michigan is the only one that is entirely within the borders of te US. However, President CLinton deemed Lake Champlain the 6th Great Lake, and if you want to go with the definition that there are 6 Great Lakes, than Michigan and Champlain are not in Canada at all.

All of the great lakes, except Michigan, form the border of Canada and the US and the dividing line runs down the middle. Michigan lies entirely between the states of Michigan (two parts, upper and lower), Wisconsin and Illinois and no part of it is in Canada, I believe.

Uh... aren't all the 5 Great Lakes in Canada? Some of them might belong to the U.S. but I'm not sure..Lake Huron, Ontario, Mississippi, Erie, and Superior. Remember this acronym : HOMES. They're located in Southern Ontario.

I'm not sure what you are asking, so here's a website that might help. http://www.aquatic.uoguelph.ca/lakes/lakemap.htm
Oh, Mississippi is not a great lake, but it is a great river, and a state.
