1. no defined abs (smooth stomach no raised muscles)
2. a hint of stomach muscles (slightly raised muscles)
3. Very defined abs (the kind you see in those exercise ads on cable)

I've reached a part of my workout where I should decide, but I don't know which way to go :S

One of my friends has scizophrenia, he went to a church, where he learned to associate the voices he was hearing with God's voice, and got confused, leading him to believe he was following what God said. He stopped going to the church, and got helped, now people from the Church want to bring him back, talk with him, and pray for him, yet I feel as if they would be the problem, and they do not listen to some family members who say no to it all, and the family is afraid it will start up again. So ....is the church to blame, and how do you stop this from effecting the situation more, and will it?

he's a beautiful 12 year old bichon who was in great health for a 12 year old. she fed him right and he exercised right, so there was nothing wrong with him. She had him since her 17th birthday! She took him for a check up and the vet said that the dog seemed to have some acid reflux and he prescribed Lenzor. Problem with Lenzor when you don't have acid reflux is that it kills your liver. 3 weeks later, the dog's body filled with water and he just collapsed. My friend is not being able to get over and cries all day, understandably. She feels guilty because she gave him the meds. Now she wants to sew the doctor. Is this advisable or should I tell her that it won't bring back the dog and it won't make her feel better... what should she do in this case? does this happen often that vets give the wrong pills and our pets die? How can I help her???

Actually, they are my husband's aunts and uncles. They always make fun of me because I like hanging out with their kids (who are younger than me by 2-10 years, they are all different ages.) I was never close with my own cousins so I like hanging out with them when we go out to parties and such and so does my husband. The aunts and uncles always have the same boring convos, don't get me wrong, I don't avoid them at all cost, we hang with them too for a bit, then we go and sit with the kids lol. Why is that weird to them, is it because I'm married?

When yahoo message boards were still working, I labeled this situation a "b----slap".

For some reason it caught on and people from both sides of the aisle were using it.

But now, I don't know if I can use the term because people on yahoo answers are report happy. Anything even remotely unPC gets reported.

So I'm suggesting we call it a "spanking".

So...
I told my husband tonight that I wanted to seperate and that I thought it would be best for us if we were apart.Well, at first it went over ok, then **** hit the fan. Needless to say he is not happy about this! He said that I am giving up on him and that he needs my help, and I said that there is nothing for me to do, I have givin him all the help I can, but that the rest is up to him.
The thing is...like I said...I have been with him for 5 years, married almost 3 years. He started anti-depressents about 3 weeks ago, he says they arn't strong enough, that he needs stronger. (he's on effexor 70 MG) But, I have been the brunt of his unhappiness. I have been screamed at, have things thrown at me while Im holding the baby, been called names, he's left all weekend to play "video games" at his friends house, he doesn't take his pill on the weekend so he can drink, he's threated to "pound my face into the wall", "smash the cell phone through my face", "i'm being a c***!"
