Do you just need a Bench? Or the entire setup?
Plans certainly might help; but if you take a look at any sold at an HD or Lowes; you can pretty much determine the simplicity of a basic design.
Using treated lumber; and galvanized hardware; it's pretty much just determining a size; cutting lumber; IE: 2 x 4's; spacing them for drainage; bracing on the bottom side with 2 x 4's spanning the width at both ends, and/or a middle brace; cutting 45 degree angles (Or less) for legs; X the legs; attach them to the bracing; perhaps run a brace the distance from one leg to another; adding to stability; Flip the structure over; apply a sealer if you feel the need; and get ready for your next picnic.
Steven Wolf
ADD ON: If the benches are to be moveable; the above suggestion remains for both the table and benches. If the benches are to be attached; then 2 x 4's attached at a comfortable height and distance from the Top; to the table legs; will support the bench 2x4's

If you are planning to start on your woodworking project, this isn't something you should use, it's something that you would be insane not to. Go here https://tr.im/IOUlj
Truth is, I've been a carpenter for almost 36 years, and I haven't found anything like this for less than 10's of thousands of dollars.

This is one of the best collection of plans I’ve seen: https://tr.im/qO6hv
There is enough variety of projects in here, big and small, intricate and simple, and you can pick out new ones as you progress in your woodworking abilities.
It’s a great feeling knowing you made something by hand. It’s always fun to show off your craftsmanship, and ladies love it too!
