A good Chiropractor specializes not only in the spine, but all things skelatal. My Chiropractor used to adjust my hips and jaw!
An even better Chiropractor will also specialize in some soft tissue work to hold adjustments.

Chiropractors are spine posture specialists, but are also trained to adjust the SI joints (hips), shoulders as well as hands, feet, knees, etc. (some more than others naturally).
The focus should be on the spine, but treatment in the other areas can be very helpful to, especially when dealing with athletes.
PS: Kalos, you have a very tenuous grasp on reality. Chiropractors are licensed in every State in the US as "Doctor" and/or "Physician." It's your business if you're ignorant, but please don't lie. Do you get paid per post by Stephen Barrett or is it a per month thing?

No Chiropractors arent only specialized in the spine. They work with all of you bones and joints if needed. I saw one for a while that worked all of my joints as well as my neck and back to relieve pain caused by the bones pinching nerve ending.
