Aside from shooting celebs like Annie Leibovitz does, is there any area where film photogs can still make a living?

We are in our 30's & have been living together for about 4yrs. So, really we don't *need* anything. We registered at Bed, Bath & Beyond and Target ~ most of the stuff we picked out was either to get a matched set or upgrade. Their were a few items we added that we want, but don't really need.

Anyway ~ even though we were at each store for *hours* I think we ended up registering for less than 80 items total.

What about everyone else ~ did you register for a lot? A little? How much of it did you need? Did people buy from your registry?

(I know it's an inane question ~ forgive me, I seem to be obsessed w/everything wedding related :) And like to hear stories from other brides.)

My closed adoption was not emotionally healthy for me. I was glad in recent years to hear that most adoptions were now 'open' meaning that there would be meetings, gifts, photos, and most important--ongoing information.

From what I read now, it seems these agreements orcontracts are not honored much, if at all.

My question is this--how would you have felt, upon meeting your natural mother, to find out that the agreement was not honored, and she was intentionally shut out of your life.

Photos and gifts were ignored or destroyed, the relationship was severed, all promises broken, maybe your adoptive family moved away to gain distance from your mother...

How would that affect your relationship with your adoptive family?

it's from the kleenex commercial where they're sitting in the middle of the road on a chair or something, and the song playing is sung by a guy, acoustic guitar; and it goes something like....just let it out

I have not eaten any meat or fish [including gelatin and ramen noodles and any type of thing that MIGHT contain or have touched meat] since february 15 so about 9 months...i am thinking of taking a break for one day and just be pescetarian [eating fish but no other meat]...by making doing this, would it be seriously breaking the vow to be a vegetarian or to many do this every few months or so?

that is the link to an example of what I'm talking about. What is another word for it besides a "watering can"?

It's the object used for watering flowers.
