I know there are laundry detergents, but are house washing stuff detergents too? Like 409. Or what about dishwashing detergents?

Well laundry detergent use for cleaning your clothes.
409 is use for cleaning around the house like the sink,kitchen corner
Dish soap for dishes
Then there like this little squares for automatic dish washers.

There a lot to choose from some work better. Other do a half a$$ job. The one with bleach work well but intend to smell with bleach just like the bottle. One that are with chemicals have nice scent. The all nature are light on francies such as Orange juice, Lemon Oil and claim to be hazardous free and better for your health and intend to cost more in price. The work about the same as chemical ones.
