According to the Alaska Department of Fish and Game, while both male and female reindeer grow antlers in the summer each year, male reindeer drop their antlers at the beginning of winter, usually late November to mid December. Female reindeer retain their antlers till after they give birth in the spring. Therefore, according to EVERY historical rendition depicting Santa's reindeer, EVERY single one of them, from Rudolph to Blitzen, had to be a girl. We should have known...ONLY women would be able to drag a fat-a** man in a red velvet suit all around the world in one night and not get lost.

I live way out in the boonies. I am way too far from the city now to have city water, so I have well water that flows to my shower and sinks. This water isn't treated with floride, but to my knowledge no one has gotten sick from the well. The water is very hard and a lot of people who use the well use water softeners to treat the water before they shower or wash clothing in it, but I don't. It certainly tastes better than the city water I grew up on. Should I be concerned about the safety of my well water and the lack of water treatment? Could the extra minerals be bad for my hair or general heath? Shoul I be concerned about bacterial and fungal growth in the water?

A friend at work had a dog on at her door two nights ago, and the dog was well cared for, even waiting at the door with his paws up so she could wipe them off before he went into her house. Someone obviously didn't drop him off, because of how young and wonderfully house-broken he is. She put an ad up yesterday, and someone called and said if you don't find the owner, will you give him to me? and she told me today she's probably going to give the dog to this stranger.

Now it's only been a day and a half, so when does she have the right to give this dog a home? And if the original owner calls later in the week, what rights does he have?

Being a pet owner, I couldn't handle the thought of someone finding my pet and immediately giving it a home and not giving me enough time to find him.

I live in PA and she said that legally she can do whatever she wants with the dog after 24 hours.

My computer system performance as well as my internet connection is now very slow. There is an alert that my PC has been infected with Trojan/Malware and other virus. There are suggested softwares that they offer but I am afraid to take the risk coz when i try running them, it says unknown server. Pls help. I need your response ASAP. Thanks!

i owe 17,000 in credit card debts. i gave up on trying to pay them i dont even have an income right now. do i still need to file a bankrtupcy since I have no wages they can garnish and no real property or could ijust wait it out for the statute of limitations to expire then it would just come off my record? statute of limitations in my state is 6 years

Hi,

I'm an amateur scuba diver with limited experience.

What is the best thing to do if one loses their weight belt while down below a certain height?

I would assume that you would become very bouyant, and so be in serious risk of getting Decompression Illness (DSI) due to a quick ascent.

Is there a routine for when this happens? Is fighting the ascent useful at all?

I've had my weight belt come loose before at surface, but I'm very scared of this happening deep below. Hasn't happened yet but it could.

I don't do well when facing confrontations or handling situations, my mind would turn blank, forgetting all my reasons for my actions, body shivers, blurted stupid come backs, and eventually bawled my eyes later when I could not take the tense anymore.

It's annoying, and somewhat feels very pathetic. Can anyone here help me out please?

Sometimes, when I want to log off of my computer, I get a box that pops up saying _PTAHYDRA is closing. I have also noticed my computer is slower than normal, and sometimes will not load a page on the Internet. I have used ad-aware, and it still pops up. Can anyone tell me what this is, and what I can do about it. Keep in mind I am a novice at computers.

The hot water heater is leaking all over the basement, the pilot light will not stay lit, so I've had no hot water for going on 3 days now.
I notified the landlord of the problem 2 weeks ago when I first noticed the leak, she is aware I have no hot water.
She refuses to hire anyone reputable and gets "friends" to do her rental repairs rather poorly at that.
She even wants to take a heater from an empty rental and put it in my home to save her some $. She claims she can't find anyone available to do the work.
Help-I want to take a shower!

At the beginning of the episode the voice over said that one of the wives will lose a husband and all of them would lose a friend. If Victor was the husband that died, then who do you think is the friend? I can't for the life of me think of who that is unless it some obscure person who we never see and somehow is friends with the other ladies. The only other person I can think of is Ida who was in the basement with Tom and the kids. but was she really considered a friend to the main characters?
