did you tip it alot when moving it or transport it on its side? If so then you need to let it sit 24 hours before plugging it in to let the freon settle.

In the compressor, there is an oil, called PAG oil. It's supposed to stay in the compressor to cool and lubricate it. The coolant lines that run from the compressor up into the fridge and freezer portion contain freon gas, the gas is compressed and then let to expand by the compressor, that is what cools the fridge/freezer. It's similar to tipping a compressed air can upside down and spraying it, it gets cold.

When you transport a fridge, the PAG oil will slosh up into the coolant lines effectively blocking the freons movement. After moving a fridge you need to let the PAG oil drain back down into the compressor, usually a couple hours will do. If you plugged in the fridge without letting the oil drain back into the compressor the pressure of the freon getting pumped out of the compressor will shove oil farther up into the lines than is normal during transportation and you will need more time to drain the oil farther back down to the compressor, probably overnight at least.

Hopefully you have not had the fridge turned on too long, the compressor needs all of the PAG oil that is in the system in order to cool and lubricate itself and can be damaged irreparably by running it without.

sadly there are too many possibility's for a fridge not cooling from defrost system issues to sealed system issues. You may try calling local service companies if they have a shop you can take it too its usually cheap to have someone look at it there versus coming to your home...
