I work in a place where there are more young people and some of them (not all)treat some of the older employees like we have the plague or some kind of disease.I`m 51 and it just makes me feel bad,I hope and pray that I never treated anyone like that! If I did I beg their forgiveness!

I want someone who can use weapons such as swords in battle for individual enemies and that same person to use spells for a group of enemies. What can I choose?

Can a warrior/elementalist be a good combination? I was worried about this because of the low energy storage that warriors have.

I know a elementalist/warrior would not be good because of the low armor rating of the primary elementalist.

What other secondary options are available for the warrior and the elementalist considering what I want?

Is it truly better to have a warrior or an elementalist? Can they both make it through the game or will one of them die off soon?

i have done every thing by the book. love him so much, but today i put a harnes on him for the first time and he hated it, pouncing every were. he tried to snuggle his way out of it and it got stuck on him back and belly. i was scared to put it on tight. and seggestions on how to get him used to it?

I always wanted to get into advertising and marketing. After graduating I got a job (training followed by a confirmation) in a leading ad agency. Sounds good, doesn’t it?

Problem is guys, it’s been four months and I haven't really done anything meaningful. I didn’t learn anything during my training.

I am assisting one of the account directors with his projects. He keeps giving me bits and pieces. But I feel I am not doing anything and not learning anything. Sometimes for weeks I wouldn’t do anything at all. Only thing keeps me here is reputation of the agency but at the same time I think if I won’t learn anything then what’s the point? Is this a common problem when you start your career?

OK, Let w(m) give the weight of an avg. sized baby girl who is m months old.

2. An 8-month baby girl weighs w(13) pounds. Is she of avg. weight, above avg., or below avg.? Justify your answer....and yes...it IS w(13) pounds...definately.

Ok, I pretty much think this is an inverse but I have absolutely no clue on how to solve it...HELP!

So far I've gotten all three here so I need the right answer...I'm leaning towards overweight but not sure...

This is hypothetical and I do not want to have an abortion debate. Because it probably makes a difference, let's say it's 10 to 12 weeks along. I saw a movie where the girl who had an abortion asked whether the fetus was a boy or a girl and she was told. I was wondering if this actually could happen.

I live with my big sister who is 24 and married. I am 16. Our whole lives we have been toghether going from foster home to foster home. When finnaly we were adopted by this nice family. Then my sister met this guy. They went out for 4 years and got married. They have been married for two years. One night I was doing homework when I heard arguing downstairs. I ignored it, but then I heard a loud and scary scream! Thats when I ran to the stairs and saw something awful. My sister on the floor crying with bruises all over her arms and face. THats when I saw him come over to her and kick her! Then he looked up towards the stairs and I ran into my room. The last time I saw her being abused was in the kitchen. She was throwing pots and pans at him because he slapped he. Then he started to go for then she tried to climb the counters but he grabbed her and threw her against the wall and started to hit her!

I am on h4 visa.
I was arrested for shoplifting in NEWYORK and hired a good attorney.

I pleaded NOT guilty On my first court date appearance.

On second court date i was offered an ACOD ( adjournment in contemplation of dismissal), if i take a class called STOPLIFT.

Even though i pleaded not guilty, will taking the stoplift class be considered by the Immigration INS as admitting guilt to theft ( misdemeanor?)

If i was not on a visa and was USA born, then Acod would means that after 6 months of stayiing out of trouble , my record would be sealed and noone could ever access it..
But i am on a visa.

I have tried everything form Hypoallergenic to gold everything i put on my skin makes me break out. I would really love to wear earings. I have a 1997 Buick Skylark Custom 4 door. It has 70,000 miles on it. I just bought it a couple weeks ago, and have tested this mileage on two full tanks of gas now. It only gets about 16mpg in the city. This just doesn't seem right for a 4 cylinder engine. My piece of crap 1994 Dodge Caravan gets 19 mpg in the city and that's a minivan with a horrible running 6 cylinder. So anyway, I talked to a mechanic briefly and he said that if something was wrong with it that the check engine light should be on. He also said it would cost $80 just to give it a diagnostic check or whatever. Any suggestions on what might be wrong with it or what I should do? Thanks!
