Right now the walls are brown with the palm tree theme. I want something girly and relaxing but my husband has to like it too. Any ideas? What color paint would make the room look bigger other than white?

I need a lawyer with knowledge in both small claims court and landlord/tenant law who is willing to work with me and give free legal counsel. We may or may not be sued by our former slum lords (if you ask me) and i need to have you look over the lease, letter of 'eviction' and the letter i received today telling me that we did roughly $1400 to a house which they were moving back into, and in all reality, all the damage was notated and caused by the previous tenants. I also need to be able to take their inventory checklist from the previous tenants and match the "damages" we caused to that list.

I don't really have any extra money, and once you hear WHY we don't have money, you'll understand why we are appalled that these slum lords are expecting MORE money from us...

Ok so i have one brother and a million cousins and if you put them all together you get trouble! My brother has been smoking for like a year now and he is trying to cut down on it because of the negative outcome [cancer, struggle to breathe etc.] I heard him talking on the phone the other day, These were his exact words "I swear to god i have not smoked but i have been......... i could not hear the rest but it sounded like he said trying cocaine! I dont want to loose my brother to drugs, smoking or anything like that! In case you are wondering how he started smoking it was by my cousin`s husband [now ex] and my brother in law!!! They started hanging out Saturday nights and they just started to try new things like marijuana, other drugs, and mixing drinks!!!! My brother is studying really hard to be a doctor but if he keeps this up he will end up in jail! I just want to know what do you think i should telll him!!!! I am not trying get involved but i know my brother is getting worse!!!!

I'm thankful that my family arrived home safely after a brief but fierce snow storm we had today.
I'm also thankful that I GOT A PERSONAL MESSAGE from the Yamster reinstating 10 POINTS that were taken away from me unjustly.

There are two main claims to Jerusalem:

1. Israel. The Jewish people of Israel claim it was given to Abraham by God, therefore it is a God-granted land and always will be.

2. Arab people claim they came across Jerusalem during Islamic conquest of the Middle-East and found it deserted. They've lived there for centuries, therefore they think it should be their's.

Currently, Jerusalem is home to historical and religious buildings for both sides dating back hundreds of years. People from both ethnicities currently occupy, neither budging to move. It is a Christianity and Islamic holy site. Both Israel and Palestine claim it as a part of their nation; both want it as a capital. Neither will budge off of claiming the entire city for it's own. So, how should this problem be solved? Who has the right to claim the city (Jews or Muslims? Israel or Palestine?)?

That wasn't the case until 2 or 3 weeks ago. She takes just tiny portions and refuses the rest of her 3 daily meals, prefers the water instead of juices or milk (she drinks lots of water). I don't think is teething (she loves unsweetened cheerios). She looks very active, energetic and healthy. Is this normal? Have you experienced something similar? In my dream, me and my boyfriend were walking on a beach. I've never been to this beach before. Then I see these sail boats in the distances--that were the sailboats I sailed this summer. I run over to see the boats (which have docked on the shore) and see all of my friends from sailing class. My boyfriend and I board the boat, and they sail me to a beach I used to go to a long time ago. My boyfriend is annoyed that they did not drop us off at the beach we were at earlier. At the beach i used to visit, i expect to see it all beautiful. But the beach is covered with these ugly, odd, huge, dirty black birds. Among the birds, there is a giant scorpion on a huge rock fighting the birds off. My boyfriend gets annoyed with me, and while I am trying to figure away to cross the beach, I see him walking in the sunlight, holding hands with this girl I dislike. then I wake up? What is the meaning of this odd dream?
