how much will it cost both carpet and pads if 1 side of da room is 12 feet other is 16 ft other is 5 feet other is 6 and last one os 10 ft and show how to do it

12X 16 =21.33 Sq yds or =191.97 sq ft
10 X what ???? X10 =(12 X 10)=13.33 sq yds = 120 sq ft
??? 5 X 6 = (12 X3)= 4 Sq yds = 36 sq ft
Waste=26 sq ft=2.9 sq yds

All must run in same direction, so this could change.

Never heard of pad/underlayment @ $2 sq ft, $18 sq yd. WHAT?

Well your mesurements are confusing. if you have a 12x16 room. that is 12x16=192 sq.ft.divided that by 9 = 21.33 sq.yds.
you are missing a few dimentions on the other numbers.
