Thats a difficult situation because you dont want to tell your boss that you dont feel appreciated and seem like a whiny-*** employee, but its natural to want to feel appreciated and valued. Honestly, how I would handle it would depend on the job itself, if it wasnt worth keeping then I'd say to hell with it and look for another job where my contributions are valued and management isnt so obviously biased.

Bosses can be really ignorant especially if you have not been as good as the other workers in their eyes.
They don't seem to realise that just a smile or a hello ever so often goes a long way.

They all seem to have their favourites and i am afraid you are not going to change that all you can do is prove that you are as good as they are. Not by kissing **** but by getting into work on time or slightly earlier and doing a good days work.

You have to earn their respect then and only then can you get them to acknowledge you.

Do the best U can do. gain as much job experience as you can, and if things don't improve consider looking for employment elsewhere...if possible. Unfortunately some, thankfully not ALL, bosses can be real headcase a__ holes. Good luck

Put your head down, work as hard as you can and be the best at whatever you do. Forget about anyone else even your boss.

try to stand out by being the best worker than everyone else...

if you ever watch The Office be like Dwight and pretty much kiss his/her *** and tell him/her when someone isn't doing their job if you don't mind losing your pride...but hey you could even get a raise

Go to their boss.

This will not change with anything YOU do... so go tell someone that your manager is treating you unfairly. If they were a good manager they wouldn't be treating you unfairly.

You deserve better.
Good luck!

You buy him a vibrator and tell him to go f**k himself! This is not intended to be rude or disrespectful, because I really did do that!
