Hello,

Background info:

My fiance (US citizen, living in US) and I (Canadian Citizen, living in Canada) intend to get married this winter. I am a student in Canada and intend to return to Canada (alone, leave him in the US) after we get married. We are aiming to have the ceremony January 16, 08. I will have to stay in Canada in school at least until May 2008.

here are my questions:

1. Am I allowed to enter the US as a visitor if I intend to marry someone during my visit, if I prove that I intend to return after the planned duration of the visit?

2. If I return to Canada, and my boyfriend (or husband then) files the I 130 and the affidavit of support form (think its I 864?) it is my understanding that I am not allowed to return to the US as a visitor until the petition is approved and I am assigned a immigrant visa number....(according to the wait times...about 6 mos+ after they receive the form) is that correct?

am I on the right track with my thinking here? any advice

Everytime I checked his stuff, I found a lot of pictures I drew that I gave him, whole lot of letters I wrote to him, and pictures of me. I thought he gonna threw away but he didn't. All that stuff he kept are from our high school year.

Okay so ive got a old air rifle the b2 custom i know its a crud rifle but still, ive got loads of rats in my shed , could it take them out it devolops 10 ft/lbs and it fires around 550 fps ( feet per second )

My boyfriend dreamed I was pregnant and now I'm a little concerned because a friend told me when guys dream something like that it's usually true. Like an intuition thing. Anyone know of any places in pennsylvania that do down payment assistance for mobile homes?
Me and my husband would like to get a mobile home from this one place but we need to have 10% down. We have terrible credit do to a foreclosure last year and some very late bills, we are working on getting caught back up but is taking a long time. We would like to rent in this place but do not wish to get rid of our animals to do it so if we buy we can have them. We found a nice 3 bedroom 2 bath double wide but we need to come up with 4,000 for a downpayment. Anyone know of any grants or anything like that we can apply for to get this payment help?

well i ended up beatin up a 16 yrs old... am 21 .. i didnt know how old he was.... i confessed dat i did it because his parents wrer worried... ... i tried to kick him out of the party because he was not invited.... he refused and tried to swing at me...i fought back... then he left......the owner of the land said i can tell people when to leave anytime i felt like it .. i didd and enee up paying for it.. now am gettin charges pressed on me......he was intoxicated ...he said he didnt even remember gettin beat up or even bein at the partyy....... what is going to happen to me now????

When my son was born, I had such a hard time choosing his first name, I just put my maiden name as his middle name. Shortly after, I very much regretted not giving him an actual middle name. After convincing my husband, we decided to add a middle name while still keeping my maiden name in there.

We named him Evan Preston followed by my maiden name and of course his last name. I was so excited to tell people, but very few showed any enthusiasm or excitement. Some just ignored what I said (mother-in-law) while others gave me such a weird look that I began to wonder whether I was stupid or not. I still love his name, but talk about raining on my parade. So is it weird or dumb that I did what I did?

Do you think yesterday, the pats were relaxed and had less sense of urgency because before the game, they clinched their division, may have underestimated the eagles and were caught off guard. Plus, was it just one of those games that EVERY great team goes through to test their poise and their character, because the game could have easily gone the other way. Do you expect them to bounce back and play better the rest of the way, whether they go undefeated or not?

Or do you think now that teams know how to beat that they will lose some games down the stretch, and possibly be eliminated early in the playoffs.
