"what is going to happen to me now????" - If you are smart you are going to hire a lawyer and he will help you sort this out. If not, you will probably go to jail.

I'm thinking that you just popped him in the mouth and that was the end of it? First, there has to be a complainant. Who is the reporting party to the police? Apparently, the juvenile doesn't recall the incident, so someone else that witnessed the confrontation would have to report it for you to be charged. I'm confused to if you have been formally charged with the battery or if you've just been asked about it.

You shouldn't have confessed to his parents - they're pressing charges & now the burden of proof has shifted to you instead of their son. Now you have to prove that what happened IS what happened - had you not admitted anything they'd have to prove you did it & since their son doesn't remember anything it would have been an open/shut case. Get as many witnesses as you can to back up your story & hope they're willing to stand up for you in court.

claim self defense! if he swung at you first. You can't always tell how old someone is these days (similac babies!) I see 13 year old girls who look older than me (i am 24).

Plus, he was a trespasser upon the property. You never served HIM alcohol, so it is not your fault he was drunk.

It is my understanding that if someone is trespassing on your property and poses danger, you can do whatever it takes to protect yourself and others.

You will want to hire a lawyer.
You will want to emphizise that it was requested that he vacate the property, and became combative.
