My boyfriend had this dream and this is what he saw.... He was in our room and amazed at how much free space was available by moving the bed to another location in the room. He did not physically move the bed in his dream it was just kind of already in this position and we were amazed by how much space was available. Then he saw a lion cub that was walking from our room, down the hallway to the dining room.

I am newly 26, and I met a guy that is 21. I am not even sure anything will happen, but part of me has something against dating a guy that much younger than me. I have dated older guys and younger, and I just prefer to stick closer to my age.

I know some will say "Love has no age" and although true, I just don't feel right dating a 21 year old. I assume we are at different points, like I'm sure he wants to go to the bars and party, whereas I'm kind of sick of that scene and don't go out as much. I don't even know him that well, but he doesn't seem to mind the age thing.

I suppose I will just see what happens. But any suggestions for getting over this issue I have?

What did you ask?

I apologize for any unwarranted attacks on other users. Many V&V users have reached the end of their fuses as many questions may be viewed as deliberately offensive as they have been asked many times by trolls that just want to see negative reactions. I may have explanations for some of the unpleasant responses.

My bf just proposed last Wed.! I'm so excited!

Problem:
-I would love to get married next spring - always wanted a spring wedding, plus then we can buy a house together (no, we won't live together before we're married)
-He doesn't care when we get married
-His sis is already engaged and getting married next August -she doesn't mind us getting married before her
-My bf's mom told me we can't get married before my bf's sis because "she can't deal with the stress of two weddings so close together" (her first words when we told her we're engaged). She won't be paying for our wedding - she told my bf she won't be giving us money (she's spending 10s of 1000s of dollars on my bf's sister's)

My bf and I decided we aren't going to let her influence our decision, but he thinks it might be easier on his other relatives if we waited until after his sis' wedding, since it's a destination wedding and they will all have to pay for travel, etc. How did you decide on your date? Advice?

Okay, i am basically in love with this girl who is one of my best friend. She is way out of my league AND already has a boy friend, who is a) alot better looking than me, b)alot more experienced than me and c)alot older than me. If i wanted to i could split them up easily but i don't want to do that because it would probably distress her. Which is the last thing i want. I don't particulay want to tell her beacause that would ut her in a difficult position, something else i don't want to do. Any idea's on what to do?

I'm an Atheist, but I have great respect for the bible's tenets of love, kindness, respect for your parents etc. I don't think these all important things are best explained when taking the bible literally however.

Can't magic, fairy tales, talking donkeys and snakes, be simply metaphores to living life as a good person? Must we surrender reason and rationality?

Must we discount Eastern religions as blasphemous when they are trying to accomplish the exact same thing? -- which is being an enlightened decent human being? Buddhism doesn't criticize Christianity and say "it's wrong, and the punishment living by its rules is the roast on Satan's BBQ forever" does it?

Wouldn't the concept of decency be spread to more of humanity by omitting the literal translation of fairy tales and instead concentrating on love exclusively?

I understand about calories expended versus calories taken in. I have seen all the charts that tell you how many calories are burned in a wide variety of activities...from housework, to yardwork, to dancing, climbing stairs, etc.

What I'm trying to find out is HOW are these calculations done? Is there someone with a clipboard measuring calories expended during sex to establish that standard? And if so how is he measuring it? Off-the-wall example, I know...but that's what I'm trying to learn.

Thanks.

Keep in mind, some democrats are fairly conservative, but still get pressured to vote with their constituents if they want to be placed in positions of leadership or put on desired committees.

Prediction..
WASHINGTON — The peak of the next sunspot cycle is expected … mid-2012 — potentially affecting airline flights, communications satellites and electrical transmissions, according to the government’s Space Environment Center in Boulder, Colorado…

During an active solar period, violent eruptions occur more often on the sun, the agency said. Solar flares and vast explosions, known as coronal mass ejections, shoot highly charged matter toward Earth…

Daniel Baker, director of the Laboratory for Atmospheric and Space Physics at the University of Colorado-Boulder, noted that more than $200 billion satellites in space can be affected by changes in solar radiation as the cycle rises and falls. A doomsday vault would be built near Longyaerbyen, Svalbard's main village, with space for three million seed varieties.

It would be a remote Arctic back-up -http://www.abc.net.au/science/news/stories/s1651679.htm
