I'd assume it depends on who filed the suit. I'm sure if they lose the case, and if Nick and Brooke aren't of age (which I'm pretty sure they are, not sure) then Hogan's going to end up paying child support anyway. Usually the woman wins those types of cases, unless she's unable to financially keep up with two children, although I'm sure she'll get a pretty penny out of the divorce, unless Hogan had a prenuptial, which does seem like the kind of ******** thing he would do.
Perhaps the case will make it to court when Nick's of age. The American judicial system is very slow. Then again, this is kind of high-profile, so we'll see.
