I studied geology for a few years and know a geologist who is currently working in Antarctica. I also previously lived and worked overseas and know that for American expatriates, the first $70,000.00/yr is exempt from Federal income tax because expats are responsible for paying local taxes in a foreign country. From what he says, however, he must pay and said it was because per the United States Tax Code Antarctica is not a foreign country, therefore it is exempt from the Foreign Earned Income Exclusion. http://www.irs.gov/businesses/small/international/article/0,,id=97130,00.html

Last I heard, Antarctica was not a part of the U.S. Do Russian, French or scientists from other countries who are working in Antarctica have to pay taxes to their homeland?

Don't think I'm emo or anything but I was crying last night. My mom was thowing a HUGE fit. She was messing up the house and throwing stuff at my dad and she looked like she was gonna kill him. She was crying a little and tellign my dad about soem stuff from the past. I wasn't born yet. She was telling him how he alwasy left me at home at night wen my mom was at work the whole day. He goes to foxwoods. And how he promised not to drink beer ever again but he's drinking more now. But my dad has some really really good points too. Like more good ones than bad. but...he promised ALOT of things to my mom and has been lying to her for years. My mom is like tearing apart. She doenst do drugs or alchohal so it drives her nuts bout my dad. He doesnt smoke tho. My mom was hitting my dad like crazy. I was scared and felt so lost. my mom asks my every year about moving way from him. i always say no and she always accepts my answer.but i feel like im killin her cuz of my choice. she begs me. help??

i got secondlife and whenever i try to start it either my entire screen goes black or there is a huge color deffect with the computer and it tells me i haveto reset the computer to get perfect visual or some crap like that, EVERY TIME! please help and i'm about to download a new quicktime update so please tell me what i should do.

I only joined yahoo recently and asked advice about implantation and weird things that where happening and went in town today brought a test and i there was a faint + Me and my partner where both over the moon when we saw it!
My message to all the ladies/couples trying to concieve- Dont give up it will happen it took me a year but seeing that positive after so many negitives is an amazing feeling! So hang in there strong ladies!!!
To be honest im now puzzled about what im surpose to do as this is my first, am going to book a doctors app tomorro

My boobs are 32E/F and they keep growing! im wondering how long they will keep growing for, im sixteen, and its getting ridiculous, i cant fit them into any of my shirts!

Do guys like this? Because i prefered my boobs when they were smaller, they are such an effort no, and iv had to stop running cross country because it hurts!

Is there anyway i can make them smaller without surgery?
