What has happened to Nebraska. 10 years ago they were one of the most dominant teams ever. Now, they give up over 40 points in 5 loses. I watched the Colorado game and I couldn't believe this was the once mighty Nebraska.

What has gone wrong in the heartland? And what would you do to fix it?

Hi,i think i decided what i want to do and i think its becoming a photographer.My birthday is December 1.I will turn 16 and i want to ask for a camera to start training on a new thing i want to do.
What do you think is a really profesional photo camera that like you can aujust the view and stuff.Like a canon or something. ij ust heard of it once.where do you think will be a good place to buy it?Which one is like a really good one and that is like really proffesional?please help me.I really apreciate it.And where can i learn about photography??

We had a new house built and it is all white and I am dying to paint, but Im so nervous and cant seem to find the perfect colors! Im thinking maybe an lovely earthy yellow and some dark plummy colors, but im not sure. I love rich colors (jewel tones especially!), but I also dont want all the walls to be dark. The whole first floor is very open, so Im thinking it may be best to use a lighter color all over and accents in darker ones, I dont know!?! Any help would be great! The house is pretty large and we dont have everything to fill it up yet so I'd like to at least have some actual color on the walls. This is a link to pictures of the first floor of my house and my kitchen, and farther down the page is a picture of me holding a dog on a couch and that is the color of our couch and chair, and our wood furniture (table etc) is as dark or darker than the kitchen cabinets. Thank you so much for your help in advance!

I'm in the market for a medium format camera.
So far I have discovered the Holga w/a color flash and the Lomography Diana+

DOES ANYONE WITH MEDIUM FORMAT CAMERA EXPERIENCE HAVE A SUGGESTION AS TO WHICH ONE WOULD BE BEST FOR ME? (and if not these two, feel free to suggest a different camera)--AND CAN YOU COMPARE AND CONTRAST THE HOLGA AND DIANA FOR ME?


more details: I prefer a camera with a manual focus, and one that can easily be modified or has options for accessories (such as filters, etc.)

And the planet really does need saving. You get the newspaper, you hear the news, there are so many things man cannot solve from how to handle more earthquakes to melting polar ice caps to lack of a way to feed everyone. Is it really really wise to just sit around saying "there is no God there is no God?" Wow I"m glad there is a God and he's coming to take us to a new heaven and earth. Thing is we have to do it his way this time so as not to destroy the new one. That's not hard is it? Can't you just ask Jesus into your heart? Is it really that hard? If so why? Doesn't your determination not to believe make you realize there MUST be a devil fighting for your soul? Can't you see that? I pray you do.

I'm 18 and not sexually active. I have ALWAYS had regular periods. I haven't change my diet/exercise and I haven't had abnormal levels of stress lately.
In October, I skipped my period. I got it on time in November and thought everything was back to normal. Then, two weeks later I got it again. It was very light but lasted about twice as long as usual. I am also very tired all the time-no matter how much I sleep. I am also losing my hair more than normal. I occasionally get sharp pains in my breasts and dull achy pains around where my right ovary is. Any ideas?

The Divas these days are getting...skimpy and are way skinny.I think the WWE should get more Divas with muscle and increase the Womens Division!I mean,WWE is suppsed to be wrestling,last time I checked.Dancing girls was not part of the deal.

...always wear the most expensive clothes, have a big house and have a more expensive new car than the people he's taking money from? Doesn't that go against the basic principals of religion? Why isn't that money going towards helping people in need, he doesn't need the "high life"?

Why don't people believe in other intelligent lifeforms? With an estimated 10^11 planets in our galaxy and 10^11 galaxies in the universe, is the probability not favoring the inhabitance of other species? Is it that people don't understand these numbers, or is it their natural ignorance? Perhaps their religious beliefs? Who says God wouldn't create life on other planets anyway? No one can. Now I'm not saying there is proof of aliens, but one cannot say there is proof that they don't exist. The fact remains that the odds are favorable. Honestly, it's the 21st century now, and I think people need to wake up, but unfortunately I think some are just too ignorant. What do you guys think on this matter?
