I have a brick fireplace with 2 coats of laytex paint (hideous) . I want to cover the facade with flat-ish gray river rocks. How should I do this? plaster, mastic? The rocks are 3 inches across at max and are flat and not round.

i mean lets say there isnt a god. you are born, you go through life and then you die, and when u die, thats it, its over. what was the point. ur born, u live, u die. its like nothing ever happened. whats the purpose? even if god is real, why isnt everyone all rich and happy? why would he make all these people around the world have terrible familys and die all the time from hunger? i dont get it.

So far, I've given up Starbucks... nail salons (no more mani/pedi..:( ...and the occasional facial to save money and be able to pay my heating bill. I'm also REALLY staying away from Macys! (I love that store, but not this year, my utility bills are getting all my cash.)
