well it depends most of the rich families immigrated before the terror started. they were known as the emigres and lost all right to their land and property if they were not present in France on some date i cannot recall. that Robespierre gave. after that date all of the emigres were considered to be if caught by troops of the republic as enemies of the state and subject to execution. most children were not put to death i will say that. most were adopted by other families and brought up. after the return of the Bourbon monarchs most returned to their family homes.

Boy, is this a good question. The answer is difficult to find.
Precise records of the atrocities were not kept. We just have scattered anecdotal accounts.
Here's one:
"Especially tragic was the fate of Chrétien de Malesherbes,
a highly enlightened Liberal who remained true to the king. He defended Louis XVI and had to stand by and watch as his daughter, his son-in-law, and his grandchildren were decapitated before the guillotine brought an end to his own despair."
As noted above, many aristocrats, tens of thousands, fled the country with their children in tow. One source states that only 8% of those decapitated were aristocrats. 30% were peasants, and the others were the middle classes.
I feel certain that many children became orphans and were "reeducated" by the state - the new Republic, but some must have been guillotined in the insanity of the "Terror" in 1793 -1794.

Excellent question. Sadly the Dauphine ,the son of Marie A. and Louis 16 was imprisioned under horrible conditions and reportedly died within 2-3 years.
Possibly a note to French consulate or embassy would elicit an accurate response.

I'm not definite but think the children were killed as well to remove all traces of royal blood lines.

They had cappuccino and croissant at the bistro! Then they frolicked in the Seine. In the winter, they went skiing in the Alps!
