what is the difference between homocide and murder

I have a relative (22 years old) who is bipolar, doesn't really take his medication regularly and I have found out that he's been doing ice the past few months, at least. He's having a serious paranoia episode and refuses to take his pills. I'm told he used ice four days ago also. He lives in another city and I have no way of getting there until tomorrow and I'm hoping to have him hospitalized somehow. Other than being a danger to himself or someone else, are there any other ways I can do this? I'm very afraid for his safety, as well as other people's if he gets in his car etc... He lives by himself and the state is CA.

Any information regarding this would be appreciated.

How is my C Drive lossing space but im not doing much on the computer....
Yesterday my GB was 11.6 GB Used Space and today it is 13.1 GB..?!!

I didnt download anything last night or today... i just check my mail and chat with my friends on yahoo messenger.
I dont have any music, movies, etc.. on my computer
I dont use limewire
I Clean my disk daily... Temp. File, cookies, history etc.. and also defrag to.
I also Run ccleaner on my computer which it clean everything.

I dont understand how is it lossing so much space in 1 day?
Please help me

Last year I bought a yz 125 and I'm going to sell it sometime soon. I've been doing trail riding now more than I was so here is where the question comes. What bike is good for tough trail riding? It also needs plenty of power to make it up some very steep hillsides. Also, in the trails probably next year when it's warmer out I'll be hopefully making a small track in the woods with a few good sized jumps on it so it should be able to handle that. Also, are there any trail bikes out there that can handle around a 40 foot jump. I ask because the yz I had before could handle it. Thanks.

Ok... so ONE prob I have is that the guess wanna third the bill which is FINE! but! they have personal refrigerators on aside that we have a big one in the kitchen. I had one before we has to start paying PGE by ourself and I decided to remove mines being that I knew it would consume a lot of energy. I told them this fact and they decided to keep theirs, which is fine but they are not willing to put in their third plus a little extra; 5 dollars for their Mini fridge. do you think I'm wrong for asking them to pay extra and/or what should I do?
