My husband and I were in the process of trying to get a home loan to buy our first house. The home is a two story house that was built in 1890. We were going to be paying $50,000 for it. It burned a few days ago distroying the kitchen, bathroom, utility room and doing some damage to the living room. All of the rest of the rooms have smoke damage. The insurance company will be restoring it back to its original state. Their estimate is that it will take $150,000 plus labor to fix. Does anyone have any idea what this will do to its value?

friends that change
friends that backstab
friends that tell all your secrets
friends that are just mean all the time
friends that get other friends to be mean to you and then they all start to hate you
friends that arent there for you
friends that only are your friends becuase they like your stuff n snacks
friends that only talk to you when they need help on a test, homework, or projects
friends that that take ADVANTAGE of you
friends that just ignore you and want your attention when then they need help but completely ignore you when you ask them something
friends that don't believe/trust you
friends that make fun of you
friends that lie&pretend&make you believe something not real/exaggerate like allergies n make you believe
i hate it when ppl have personalities like that i mean I'm always the person whos the nice one and them the mean ppl
it gets so annoying when they do that n the worst thing is i cant stand up for myself it makes me hate them

My 7 year old son acts totally normal at home but then sometimes gets goofy in public. I guess he is in one of those stages but he will pull his shoulders up by his ears, put his teeth way over his lips, slouching his back,all at once. He almost looks like at TV character. I instictively say, "STOP". I know that is wrong but I am in total shock and embarressed. What do I do when he starts acting like this.

Ive never had a girlfriend, never had a first kiss, and obviously never had sex.

For the past year I've been putting alot of pressure on myself, I worked myself into a depression that I've finally gotten out of, and now nothing's changed?

I'm still shy but it's getting better. I'm not looking for a gf just so I can have sex.. I want the simple things that relationships provide. I want to be able to sit and talk with someone and actually have fun just wasting away the night talking. Stuff like this I seem to miss out on because I'm so quiet. It seems as if I'm also left out on alot of things because my friends just forget about me when I'm not around since I'm shy. I know people dont consider me ugly, all my friends with boyfriends have said they would date me.
