Where can I buy the warning tags for pillows?

I'm making and a bunch of ornamental pillows and I want to sell them but I can't seem to get a straight answer as to where I can get those Warning tags that are supposed to be attached to them. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I think you have to have them printed. I use http://namemaker.com/productcart/pc/viewCategories.asp?idCategory=18
for labels. They're less than a dollar each and you get up to 4 lines.
