i am a strong character i will not have a man walk over me- i admit in the past i did but not now! i stand my ground and wont back down, trouble is my man's the same personality as me and so we clash and have some heated arguments, the sex is great tho but the arguing is driving me mad he wants to wear the trousers and so do i! lol how do we sort this as he says he wont bow down which winds me up more!

The proponents of manmade global warming have consistently stated it's because of greenhouse gases.

To counter this claim skeptics have provided alternative explanations but they're forever changing. Recent explanations have included cosmic rays, the oceans, increased solar output, Pacific decadal oscillation, blackbody radiation etc. Could someone please let me know what the current explanation favoured by the skeptics is?

Each of the many explanations is, in it's own right, claimed to account for the recent warming and thus prove human activity isn't responsible. Assuming the skeptics are correct and they're not just coming up with anything that might sound plausible, shouldn't the planet be warming many times faster than it is?

Thanksgiving was supposedly started as a feast and joyous celebration of making it through another year, of acknowledging the toil and strife and the people that helped us along the way. Lincoln (a personal favorite) made it an official holiday and although it originally was August 6, it now falls in November and this year on my birthday. I am grateful to be born. Life is precious. I am the mother of two adopted children so birth and and the giving of life is monumental in my home despite it's political toolmaking.

I am grateful to my mother for laboring on my behalf despite her secret desire to get back into her size 17-inch waist that I stretched out.

I am grateful to her and my father and my step-father's patience and guidance and complete disregard.

My boss hired a cousin to work at her business and this cousin basically only works when she wants to because she is on Salary. She will come in around 10:00 and leave at 3:30 or 4:00. She started in Sept. and has already missed like 12 days. 4 of those days she didn't even call to tell us she wasn't coming in. Then the whole time she is at work she is just complaining about something in her life and it's all about drama with her. I am sure my boss sees it but she hasn't said anything to her cousin to change the situation. At first I was going to let my boss figure it out on her own but now other employees are making comments and I feel as a manager it is my duty to tell my boss what's going on as far as it bothering other employees. I know that it is going to upset my boss because evidently she is wanting her business to be a family gig but it's turning out that all her family members are taking advantage of the fact that they are family. Should I talk with my boss about it?
