I made a mistake and got involved with someone I shouldn't have and he left me. My family and friends are not supportive and continue to criticize me. I want to live in the apartment I shared with him to save money and partly, I don't want to move on. I know that I should just move out and move on, but I just want everyone to support my decisions. I live out of state and don't like calling home because eveyone criticizes me when I talk to them. How can I get them to stop?

i have been having really strange dreams about natural disasters were i live such as a tsunami coming. this happens alot. a couple years ago when there was that tsunami it really scared me. my dreams told me it would happen. then now again im having the dreams. i was just watching a show that said the world will shift in 2012 and the world will end because it will cause natural disasters everywere possible. i live right along the earth quake line (what ever you call it!) and we are on a island so we could have an earth quake and a tsunami. im really scared because i have been dreaming of my life when im older and what it will be like and how i will treat my kids and names and everything. i know it soulds really stupid but its true. now i think all my dreams are going to be crushed not to mention the world. help me get over this fear! i dont like my dreams. im scared to go to bed at night. please no rude comments.

A friend of mine has severe rheumatoid arthritis. She goes to work everyday, but of course, there are certain times when she can't even get out of bed, and subsequently can't work. During these times she has always called in for a vacation day (and has to go to the doctor each time to get a cortizone shot), but her work has just informed her that every time she calls in for a vacation day, they are giving her a "point" against her record (of which they never told her this until she asked to see her vacation records). She gets 12 points a year and then you get "written up", suspended, and fired respectively for each occurance thereafter.

Her doctor told her to apply for FMLA leave and he completed the paperwork, but her work is telling her that they want 30 days notice before each occurance. This is not possible because she never knows when her arthritis will flare up. Is this legal?

My son is freshman in highschool, and told me there is a one bully who is always going at him. My son is pretty small for his age, and is prepubescent, and he tells me this bully is in alot of his classes, and is bigger guy who is known for being a muscular obsessed weight trainer. My son says he tells him that he is his *****, and said that the bully will just come up to him and put him in a headlock, push him into a locker, block his walking way.

Also in gym class, my son said everyone played dodgeball, and jayson (bully) keeps getting balls, and insists on trying to hit him in the face as hard as he can, and even said he got a bloody nose.

He said its only him that bullies him, he doesn't get a crowd of other people to laugh or anything, but it seems to me that jayson wants him to fight back, and thinks he is a weakling.

What am I supposed to do?

while I was in church? (btw I was like 6 back then)
So yeah, I was sitting there one day, watching my cousin (he was like 6) dance is **** off while the guy in the robe began chanting..so I was really hungry and I slipped into the back (og the room or w/e you call it), and I ate all the bread, and drank all of the wine..
I went back to my seat though, and my parents didn't notice I was gone..although they did notice that I was acting quite weird (the wine)


Since I ate his flesh, and drank his blood, does that mean I am now Jesus himself?

...is this why I'm an Atheist ?
