We need to know what his "tricks" are...but that we already have victory over the enemy.
He is real...His is the father of lies.
Jesus has the VICTORY!
Remember, he won't approach you with horns, and a pitch-fork. Instead, he would rather you believe he doesn't exist.

Devil means - Accuser and slanderer.

God permits you to live on the earth. God also permits Satan to live here. Think of Satan in those terms.

GOD Wants US to know how satan ATTACKS us---so We Can Defend OurSelfs ACCURATELY.
The Apostle Paul Learned how to Defend himself Against the Attacks of satan.
It is Good to Know How to Defend Yourself against an Invisible enemy.

Perhaps you should ask God. Personally, I've never met Satan, so I haven't formed an opinion; I prefer not to pre-judge someone, no matter what is written about him.

he's the evil one and only wants to destroy us.
The only thing satan wants is peoples souls and he'll do whatever it takes to hold them captive.
