Right now I want to lose about 100lbs (I'm 20). When I was 15-16 I lost about 50 pounds (which I gained back plus some!) but I had no problems with extra skin. I'm worried that now that I'm a little bit older and weigh a lot more than I did then, that I'll have a lot of extra skin from losing the weight. I know losing it slowly and exercising is key -- before I did about half an hour of cardio every day in addition to eating healthy. Will that still work or do I have to worry about the extra skin since I'm nearly 100lbs overweight now?

i am breastfeeding my 3 week old daughter, i want to know how to prevent mastitis before i even get it, i have a hard time letting my nipples air out because i am constantly leaking and my milk gets everywhere, and if i do get it will i be able to breastfeed while i have it???

(The context is: I apply for visa in Malaysian Embassy in my country this morning. But my application papers are not complete. The officers at the embassy ordered me give him my visa reference number that I can ask from the organizing committee in Malaysia, but he said I can leave my application there, so I will just have to complete the papers later with reference number).

Here is the sentence that I'm asking about:

It is easier, in life, to believe in a Deity and I don't.

I am interested in people who didn't believe in a Deity and then decided differently.

I am not in the slightest bit interested in deciding to believe in God as a crutch because I may be too scared to face the death of my friends and family or my own death. That's too easy.

I now need a ride on mower as moved to acreage but b4 i go to the salesman at thew local mower centre, i wish to not be sold what they want to sell me so what should i ask or look out for. We all now in football if the game halted on goalless that's mean it's a draw but the first goal always important coz if the first goal create then they will be a lot of goal later..in early minutes are better..but man utd first goal are CLEARLY OFFSIDES!!.brown and tevez are clearly offsides when pique header the goal and tevez are absolutely stand closely in front of the goalkeeper(anoying the goalkeeper...LIKE ALWAYS MAN UTD GOT REFEREE IN HAND!!!SURELY if the first goal of man utd last night are offsides the game can be a draw or man utd lose
