Has anybody went to jail for billions of dollars missing?

The first one, some pretty smart guys those "Colonist's" were, they didn't think up that "Constitution" over night, or over a few Beers, some serious azz thought went into THAT !
Those "Colonist's" were a little rough around the edges but. I'll take a thousand men like THEM !

The current administration is the greatest EMBARRASSMENT we've ever suffered under. At least nobody died from Clinton's peccadilloes! Give me a good sex scandal over lives of our servicemen and women ANY day!
