i want to know what are the seasons periods i mean when is the cold weather starts etc....

For Northern Hemisphere,
Summer starts at the summer solstice(21 st June,Fall(Autumn) starts at Autumnal Equinox(23 rd September),Winter starts at Winter solstice(22 nd December), and Spring starts at Vernal Equinox(21 st March).The approximate periods are,
Decmber to February ----Winter,
March to May -----Spring,
June to August----Summer, and
September to November---Fall(Autumn).

That entirely depends on where you live. For example, I live in Northern Florida. We only just started experiencing cold weather (nights in the 40s) this past week. By contrast, some of the more northern states have had snow since September.

it all depends on where you are. i live in australia and it is now spring, we will have summer from december the 1st for three months and then autumn for 3 and then winter for 3. our summer (december, january, february) here can get to 45 degress celcius and down to -10 in the winter months (june, july, august)
