No way.
I was 30 before I could even begin to understand it.
But, as the Fundies will let you know: you don't need to understand what it says so long as you know what it says.

No, the bible is not really simple to understand that even a 6 year old can interpret but it is not that difficult either. That's why we have to study the bible and read the bible faithfully to understand what the bible means and know it. That's why Christian's are going for bible study in their respective churches.
Besides, if a 6 year old can interpret it so easily, and many other people doesn't know how to interpret it or are interpreting it wrongly, isn't it such a sad thing for them? What will others think of them if a 6 year old is better then them?

There is different 6 year olds. There is many people who are much older and do not understand the bible and do not want to know what is in it.

If a 6 year old had the Holy Ghost dwelling in him, yes he would be able to interpret it.

Up to our Heavenly Daddy. He can give the revelations & wisdom to 6 yr old kids while PHDs have difficulty figuring out with logics & intelligence.
I heard of kids in my church's children ministry say the Bible is a book with a thin red line which talks about Jesus. They are right in a sense that the Bible is about revelations of Jesus Christ. To see Him in his tender mercies & love.
My senior pastor often quotes that God loves to simplify while human loves to complicate. Human complicates things to boast their intelligence.

No,, but there is nothing wrong in involving young children in studies of the Bible.
Even a six year old can understand that if someone is SENT, they cannot be the same one who did the sending.
As claimed by the trinity concept.
(John 5:24) Most truly I say to YOU, He that hears my word and believes him that sent me has everlasting life, and he does not come into judgment but has passed over from death to life.
(John 8:18) I am one that bears witness about myself, and the Father who sent me bears witness about me.”
A clear separation of Father and son.

This question would have been much funnier if you had said, "It's so simple even a caveman can understand it."
