I love shopping with my friends and whenever we go we look super hot but I always have the same dilemma. How can i do my hair? I really need some cute hair styles that i can blow my friends away with! I have browney-blonde, long, wavey hair that looks dreadful when it is out. Also i hate straightenning or curling my hair so unless u have an idea that i could curl or straighten my hair without an iron please inform me. Thanks =]

What kind of nutcase warns a KID that the "world is coming to an end?

There's a young girl who asked a question, about when the world was gonna end. She said her @!!^%$& parents go around lamenting, "The world is going to end so you'd better prepare!"

Now, that's not bad enough ... but some fundie freakazoids, after reading the girl's question, & obviously (if they had even ONE functioning brain cell) concluding that she's scared & wants assurances ... WENT AHEAD & TOLD HER THE FRIGGIN' APOCALYPSE WAS COMING & WE'RE ALL GONNA DIE!!!!

WHY WOULD ANY IDIOT DO THAT ... AGAIN ... TO A KID?

I am bewildered at the complete & utter lunacy of an answer like that!

1. Do they not have an ounce of compassion in them?

2. Can they not offer REAL advice?

3. Are they so wrapped up in their narcissistic God-mania that they can't suspend the freaking lectures for ONE ANSWER in order to calm the fears of a youngster?


(I can't believe some of these people.....)

Do people really believe as an obvious non thinking voter told me this week.."The liberals have done ok but i think maybe a change would be nice"???
Change just for the sake of change? The 'devil you don't know instead of the devil you do'?
Are there really many voters out therewho are simply bored with sound economic management, low inflation, jobs for those who really want to work etc etc? Bored enough to risk a return to the socialist "Comrade Gough" era & the chaos it ensued?
If so i agree with the old adage 'people only get the government they deserve'.
How many are prepared to risk another flirtation with socialism?

Did world history repeat itself every 500 years?
it is say that History repeat itself after 1 ciycle every 500 years.
After i read about the chinese/roman war history. I always notice some similar trait.
Maybe 500years ago. The exact issue/man/accident happen in this world, just that the people/place/time might be change till the modern world.
In chinese saying " The world will spilt when it group for some time and will group it when it spilt for some time".
Take chinese history for example, there is 7 state in the" chun qiu era" , unitfied by Qin, later spilt up and unitfied by Han ..after 400 years ..later spilt into 3 again ( Zhan guo )++
In our present situation, history repeat itself too. my prediction is that .. Later Europe will unified into EU, SEA is unified into ASEAN..thus US remain as super power like represent the Qin in old china..slowly we will have 7 state in this world..become 3 and unified into 1..this is predicted in China ancient book " Tui Bei Tu"

Im a 19 yrs old guy but my Adams apple is way too small,not visible and dont have a deep voice as most guys my age.
Also I look 3 or 4 years younger than my real age. This make me have a harder time finding jobs.
(I look as old or even younger than my 16 year old brother with deeper voice,taller,and more body mass than me)

Any tips on how to look older and manlier with a deeper voice? I try doing weights, but thats not enough, expecially because Im not very tall....wth
any tips?

We have an employee who is getting ill almost one day every week. I've asked him to change his life style and many other suggestions as he is genuinly getting ill. We are a small business and we cannot afford someone who gets ill on a weekly basis. We are happy to support him as we do with all employee if they get ill but it is getting to a point where he is affecting our business. Is there any way around this so we can let him go? How should we approach this problem? I know it sounds horrible but we have an operation to run and this disruptions are making it very difficult to keep up with our work and the standards we set to our customers.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
