You could spell it Ra'kayalah

Rakayla or Raquel. Apostrophes aren't really needed unless you're taking a letter out, like M'Lissa. Otherwise,they just make it look kind of messy.

I've never heard of Ra'Kayla, but the other name is usually spelt Raquelle.
