Most religions claim god to be omniscient and omnipotent. This translates to:
Omniscient:
1 : having infinite awareness, understanding, and insight
2 : possessed of universal or complete knowledge
Omnipotent:
1: often capitalized : almighty 1
2: having virtually unlimited authority or influence
If these things are true, God all knowing sees all suffering, without a doubt yet chooses to do nothing to stop it or can't stop it meaning he's NOT omnipotent. OR He's not aware of everything (Omniscient) (also not a supreme being). If he's truly both as everyone says, he must not be a very friendly entity, having the power to halt the suffering of his beloved, seeing it, and doing nothing about it.
Maybe this is hell after all and our God is set about punishing us all.
