I am 23 years old and have had numbness in my feet and calves with slight pain in my calves from time to time. This has been constant pain with no period of absense for 2 months now. I went to a neurologist and he just pricked my feet with a needle and then chocked it up to neuropathy caused by pre-diabetes. Is this possible? I thought it took a long time for people to develope neuropathy complications from diabetes. He prescribed me Topamax, and it hasn't help. Not to mention I don't like that medication.

What else could be going on? I am fairly healthy (although overweight from PCOS), and active physically on my feet. I feel like the doctor blew me off and that his diagnosis was not thorough. The numbess/pins & needles feeling is constant 24 hrs.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Well in Creative Writing we're working on a horror/scary story piece. My teacher said we could write the sequel to a movie. If I were to get the story copyrighted (so they can't claim it's their work) and send it to the production company/director of the movie do you think they would consider using the story? Let me know...cause it would be my dream to get my writing talent regonized!

In opinion "Click" was his best because I was expecting a Sandler comedy but had a big turn in the end. It is one of the few movies that actually had an emotional affect on me.

I have severe shooting pain in my right ear that lasts for about 5 seconds then goes away for about 2 minutes and comes back and the right top of my head is numb and stays numb for 2 days now and numbness sometimes spreads down to my bottom right jaw,why?

I have a 4.2 out of 4.6 GPA and I'm a high school junior. I've taken honors bio, hon chem, anatomy and physiology, and am planning on taking ap bio senior year. I'm also in all honors classes for everything else, ap calc ab this year, and ap english. I'm also taking 4 years of French, the fourth being AP.

I want to go into Pre-Medicine but I don't know what colleges even have this major. Can you list out colleges that are high level but will still accept me and have pre-med? Thankyou!!

Why is it that if the man you date/marry out educates and has more money than you, you're automatically considered a gold digger. If you out educate him and make more money, you're automatically perceived as a controlling b****. Has anybody else experienced this?

I really hate roller coasters. They make my stomach drop and butterflies pop up. I'm always afraid of the roller coasters flying off the track or crashing. So what's my problem, right? As I get older, everyone goes to amusement parks and so do I. Yet, I never go on the roller coasters, which take up ¾ of the park’s rides. I really do want to start riding them, but I’m too afraid. How do I stop this fear?

I never see them attack the Jews for Hanukkah, or Passover. These are close to Christmas and Easter. look Guys, you do not whorship Jesus Christ...Christ-Mas it is about Christ what is so hard to understand? With the Jewish it is their Hanukkah that is celabrated at the same time. And I just don't get why the remembrance of Christ's Resurrection your Hoilday? With the Jews their Holiday that is around the same time as our Easter is Passover.

Hi, I don't know what I should do about my situation.. I'm 27 and I still live at home.. I tried going to college 3 times but I quit and dropped out. So I don't have an education and still work BS jobs. I drive an old truck that is rusty and will wear out in a couple years. Because I don't have much I haven't dated in 5 years, never brought a guy home.. etc. I don't hang out with friends because they feel awkward around me and i feel awkward around them. People my age are married, engaged, having kids, careers. I feel like I'm 15. I can't move out and pay $700/month rent and also go get an education of some sort and save for an expensive newer truck!!! Its insane the way the system is its sick. Any help would be great thanks!
