Also can they fire and only give 3 days to leave the house?
If anyone can point me in the right direction , would be greatly appreciated. I am also in New York State.

Yep they can. Part of your contract was that housing was including in you working for them. You got fired, so your contract is done and over with. You have no salary, therefore you have no house. Start packing and move out. Its called employee housing and you are no longer an employee.
