My girlfriend and I love the small creatures that make our life of comfort possible. What would we do without bees? If they ceased to exist, fruits and vegetables would be very expensive for lack of effective pollinators.

Two years ago our garden was a “buzz” with bees, hummingbirds, and such. Last year there was hardly a bee around. Well, maybe dead ones floating in my swimming pool.

Needless to say, our vegetables did poorly, for lack of pollination.

My girlfriend pointed out that our garden is once again full of bees. The gentle hum of hundreds, of bees can be heard from our front patio once again!

Does this mean they are back for good? Did we help in some small way, by adding flowering plants to our low water usage landscape?

Harry Potter's embracement of witchcraft, demonic powers, potions, the Godly number 'seven', and even the fact that he might die and be resurrected, is overwhelming in our bookshops, libraries and classrooms; yet many Christians choose reading it over the Bible. J.K. Rowling’s embracement of homosexuality, tolerance, and lack of morals isn’t right.

I got this from Kristin regarding Dumbledore's gayness--

I DO NOT understand why something so political has to be an issue in a book series for children and adolescents. I would have never thought to infer Dumbledore's homosexuality from the books. Knowing or not knowing is not essential to the story. The fact that Rowling felt it necessary to reveal such a controversial thing after the fact of the books seems like an attempt on her part to stay relevant. It turns something that was wonderfully imaginative and delightful into something jaded.

My small sis (8 y/o) noticed my boobs the other day. She asks why my boobs are so big and hers R so small. Then I told her it was hard to explain. Then she said if she could see me naked. We are really close. Should I let her see me naked? Nothing sexual. She asked me this an hour ago.

Hi i just bought a 2004 Grand prix GT2. The guy said that it had a supercharger. My car is been showing the engine light and overheats and shuts off. The dealer cannot tell what the problem is. I read somewhere that it could be the supercharger oil. Can anyone tell me how i can make sure my car has a supercharger, and how to replace the oil.

At the moment, I have one 320GB hard drive and I plan to buy another 320GB and them set up in RAID 0 (performance). My question is, when in install the hard drive, how will be able to set them up in RAID. My motherboard supports RAID: the Intel G33 Chipset.

Furthermore, if I am able to able to set up the drives in RAID 0, what will become of the data that is on the drive right now?

Thanks.

For example, there are groups that make excuses for perpetrators of violence (he was a victim of a feminist-hijacked family court), use abusive strategies (defamation), and harrass women. They lobby for laws, sue domestic violence shelters, trivialize domestic violence among other things. What can be done about it?

There is a special event going on nov 11th for wedding dreses. The dresses are worth $400-4,000 and they are all on sale for $250 for the one day. I asked my maid of honor 2 go and i got no responce (text message). I asked again and she said "whos going? and i have to see if i have work" The thing is she works at cvs and if she needs to go out with other friends she takes the day off she even lied and said her grandmother is sick once to go out with a friend. So I told her she should switch days now, way in advance so its not a problem. she never text back so then I said did u get my message. She said "listen i will try to go it i don't have work" I totally understand she has work but this is a one time thing its very important. and i feel like she just doesnt want to go. Do u think she should change her work day ONCE for me? Now she is going let me know the very last minute because she wont know if she has work until that week! isnt that mean of her?

The number of yeast cells in a laboratory culture increases rapidly at first but levels off eventually. The population is modeled by the function below, where t is measured in hours. At time t = 0 the population is 20 cells and is increasing at a rate of 14 cells/hour.
n = f(t) = a/(1+be^(-0.8 t))
(a) Find the values of a and b.
a =
b =

(b) According to this model, in the long run the yeast population stabilizes at ? cells
