What kind of feelings does this evoke? Does it make him want to pursue her MORE or LESS? For example, there is someone that is very attracted to me as I am to him. But we work together so can't really do anything about it. From time to time he asks me if I am seeing anyone and the answer has always been no- UNTIL yesterday when I went on a date to a football game. He happens to be there, sees us and immediately positions himself so he can see us. I notice him walking back and forth and looking up at us from across the field. When my date went to get me a drink, I noticed him looking that way, I guess, to see who I was with. Anyway, I'd like to understand men and how they think when they actually see someone they are attracted to with another man even if they are just hanging out. When I saw him today at work, he seemed to show up everywhere I was and was extra nice to me. Coincidence? He never mentioned seeing me at the game yesterday.

Ok I'm a freshman at college and I thought most people would have matured but I guess not. Theres this guy who sits close to me and these people I talk to. He is always making negative jokes about every little thing. He keeps thinking that hes funny and cool when hes the only one whose laughing at his own negative jokes.

Ok I use to humor them but now I'm annoyed. I try to start a friendly conversation and he starts to make negative jokes about it to make me look stupid. I then give him a come back saying how it was unnecessary and a few peeps agreed with me. I sometimes totally ignore him when he tries to make me look like crap.

How should I really deal with him? He thinks I'm his friend. Also would girls choose him over me? Will girls think I'm weak for ignoring his foolishness? I heard girls like mean guys who pick on others because they feel secure with those guys. Thanks for reading.

I am opening a debate here on Christians and their lack of standing up for their beliefs in both the secular raise and in the political arena. I want Christians to answer these questions with thoughtfulness and honesty, for i feel it is time for us to stand together and get ready for the fight of our existence.

I'm not the fastest of walkers, but my husband walks at a fast pace all the time. He has a tendency to walk ahead of me, and often just walks off and leaves me if I stop to look at something or talk to someone. After a while he notices that he's not talking to anyone, and comes back only to accuse me of "leaving him talking to himself."

In my opinion he should pay enough attention to notice when I'm gone, or even hold my hand while we walk so that I don't get left behind. He thinks I should just walk faster - what do you think?

A successful rancher died and left everything to his devoted wife. She was a very good-looking woman, and determined to keep the ranch, but knew very little about ranching, so she decided to place an ad in the newspaper for a ranch hand.

Two men applied for the job. One was gay and the other a drunk. She thought long and hard about it, and when no one else applied she decided to hire the gay guy, figuring it would be safer to have him around the house than the drunk.

He proved to be a hard worker who put in long hours every day and knew a lot about ranching. For weeks, the two of them worked, and the ranch was doing very well. Then one day, the rancher's widow said to the hired hand, "You have done a really good job, and the ranch looks great. You should go into town an kick up your heels."

The hired hand readily agreed and went into town one Saturday night. One o'clock came, however, and he didn't return. Two o'clock, and no hired hand. He returned around two-thirty, and upon entering the room, he found the rancher's widow sitting by the fireplace with a glass of wine, waiting for him. She quietly called him over to her. "Unbutton my blouse and take it off," she said. Trembling, he did as she directed.

"Now take off my boots." He did as she asked, ever so slowly.

"Now take off my socks." He removed each gently and placed them neatly by her boots.

"Now take off my skirt." He slowly unbuttoned it, constantly watching her eyes in the fire light.

"Now take off my bra." Again, with trembling hands, he did as he was told and dropped it to the floor.

"Now," she said, "take off my panties." By the light of the fire, he slowly pulled them down and off.

Then she looked at him and said, "If you ever wear my clothes into town again, you're fired."

I’m looking over Derivatives of Sines and Cosines and can’t figure out how to go from step #1 to step #2. The author of my calculus book has a habit of not tell you how he goes from one step to the other. I have the sin/cos identities in front of me and I still can’t figure it out.

Step #1
Lim h-->0 [ (sinxcosh + sinhcosx) – sinx ] / h

Step #2
Lim h-->0 [ (cosx)(sinh/h) – (sinx)(1–cosh/h) ]

The notion of "false consciousness" was used by Marxists to explain why the workers didn't all become good little Communists and support their tyranny. Such people were headed for "re-education" or "liquidation".

Do feminists who use such loaded rhetoric realize its origins? Do that have that little respect for non-feminist women? And do they realize it plays right into the hands of those who equate feminism with Communism?

Joke: Marital Secrets
Alice was becoming frustrated by her husband's insistence that they make love in the dark. Hoping to free him of his inhibitions, she flipped on her reading lamp one passionate night - only to find a cucumber in his hand.

"Is this", she asked, pointing to the vegetable, "what you've been using on me for the fast 5 years?"

"Honey, let me explain.."

"Why, you sneaky b'stard!" she screamed. "You impotent son of a -"

"Speaking of sneaky," her husband coolly interjected, "maybe you'd like to explain our three kids?"

I currently hold a Permenent resident card (green card) to live in the U.S., I m also a permanent resident in my home country and we use a simple ID card to get in and out, a passport is only needed when I travel to other countries. I haven't flown internationally for a few years. from what I can remember, a passport has to be present at the airport in order to check-in and pass the security check points. The problem is, my passport has expired and I need to travel within the next few days. Is a valid passport nessisary to board a plane? is it possible to do so with a valid photo ID? (like a driver's liscense). like I said before, I can use my ID card to get into my country, and come back here using the Permanent resident card and my renewed passport, so that's not gonna be a probem.

I'm writing a five page paper on Mozart, and I had some simple questions about him that I thought would be a good filler for the paper. If you have any other interesting facts that are long or interesting, please add them. I need all the help I can get.
So roughly, how many pieces did Mozart compose?
What are some of his most famous?
Can you tell me some songs he wrote that have really long names?
