One evening a man was at home watching TV and eating peanuts.He'd toss them in the air, then catch them in his mouth. ok this is my case. my kids father DOES HELP OUT the best he can. He left me and lives w/ another girl. I was upset and opened a CS Case. We havent had the initial review process but i wanted to close the case. I called to close they asked y? i said we are going to work out something on our own. they said ok that would be fine the only thing is, is that my child was on medicaid so they cant close the case with a child on medicaid. the only way to do it is by the child getting off medicaid. so i was gonna take my child off and cover him on my insurance at my new job. they say if we dont come to the review process it will go to the court and have to appear. But ive opened a case before and just never responded back to the CS offices or anything and they close the case on there own. THERE IS NO WAY TO CLOSE CASE W/OUT HAVING TO GO THRU THE PROCESS OF CANCELING MEDICAID AND ALL OF THAT MESS I'VE CREATED.

I went into Superdrug the other day to buy loose powder make up, and saw that the Collection 2000 brand had a special offer with a free concealer stick with every two products. When I took the powder, concealer stick and an eyeliner to the counter, I was informed by the girl at the counter, and the girl she rang for to check out my query, that this offer only applied to FACE products. Last time I looked my eyelids were on my face and that is normally where you apply eyeliner.
So, are Superdrug staff too thick to understand that the eyelids are part of your face, or am I just supposed to be psychic and comprehend that their misleading advertising only applies to certain sub-ranges of cosmetics?
Has anyone else been thoroughly pissed off with misleading special offers, and left feeling embarrassed at the counter?

My daughter "witnessed" sort of in school today. There was a little girl speaking how she was afraid of ghosts and my daughter told her about Jesus and how to pray. She then taught her the Lord's Prayer and told her to no longer to be afraid. She did this innocently. She is 7 years old and just did it because she didn't want the little girl to be afraid. I was so happy. I was kissing her. She didn't even understand why it made me so happy. God bless our children!

There's this exchange student who is now my older brother's (one year older) best friend. He came in August. Now he comes over every day to my house. He LOVES coming here, I guess it's because his host-family dosen't like him. Well, and so like more than a month ago he started looking at me a lot at school (he's in my class, because my grade and his grade of high school united this year) and such. My family likes him a lot, cuz he's very sweet and nice. Also, the boy he stays with has had a crush on me since we were kids, so I dunno if this boy's so happy about me being interested in his house-partner (the ES). By the way, that boy has a GF, so he has no right to come between us.
On Sunday my brother went to play some tennis, and his friend stayed here with my family and me. He was so cute. And that day my grandfather came over, so I sang on the karaoke, cuz he wants me to. I also was with a nice dress and all. My mother said the ES (exchange student) LOVED me that night.

I bought a small replica of one of these statues on a visit to Paris
earlier this year in a small gift shop. it cost only a few euro and was meant to be used as a candlestick it now sits in a corner of the garden patio and is quite a conversation piece to visitors when they call.
short of returning to the shop in person does anyone know where I could get some more even on a different style.on the internet.I have tried ebay without any luck.

I just moved in to my own home (single), and since I always had several pets at a time growing up (mostly dogs and cats), I would like to get at least one or possibly two of each (cats and dogs).

My question is whether it would be better to get them all at the same time, so they 'grow up' together, or would it be better to get them seperately (e.g. get the kittens first, and when they're grown up a bit get the dogs). Also, if it is better to get them seperately, would it be better to get the kittens or the puppies first?

I'm on a extended leave from work at the moment (probably going to be at least six months, up to a possible eight months) because of a medical issue (it won't affect my ability to care for the kittens/puppies, including walking the dogs).

I will probably just see what the local animal shelter has for kittens when it's time to get them. For the puppies, I love larger dogs, so it will most likely be a pair of standard poodles, or a S. Poodle and an Italian Greyhound.
