Like the idea of using just one square of toilet paper.
Just liberal nonsense that doesn't accomplish anything except get a moron published in the evening papers.

The idea is flawed, youd still need the fridge. UHT milk only stays 'fresh' (for want of a better term) at room temperature if the carton is sealed. As soon as you open it however it needs to be kept in the fridge just like normal milk, otherwise it soon goes off. Besides it tastes horrible & i'm sure it uses up just as much energy to make the milk UHT as it does to keep it cold in the fridge.

What a brainless pile of CRAP people come out with.
What did this spineless-hippy say about all the other food that has to be kept cool?
Or does (s)he want us to go back to the woods, dance around naked and spend hours cross legged singing songs about grassland ?
Or have they just bought a million shares in UHT milk production.

the only difference between pasteurized milk and UHT(ultra high tempertaure) is the pasteurized milk is heated to 72 degrees for not less than 16 seconds and the UHT milk is heated to a higher temperature but for a shorter time. the only difference is that the UHT milk will have a lower microbe population in it than pasteurized. i dont get the argument for one or the other.
