I should almost not call them dreams. What happens in these "dreams" is, I am laying in bed with my jaw CLENCHED and I can't do anything to spread my teeth appart. I use my hands, and every ounce of will power to open my jaw, but it just hurts. At the same time my teeth are so clenched that it causes great pain (lose/lose). I'm in my own body, aware enough to hate the pain, realize it hurts, but not enough to WAKE UP. They last for a while, so does the pain, and I just plain don't want to sleep incase it happens again. I seem to have these dreams randomly, in no specific pattern. I havn't eaten anything out of the ordinary any of the more recent times this has happened. I am currently taking no medication. If anyone has any insight they might be able to offer, please PLEASE help as I used to LOVE my sleep. Thanks again.

I am 28 years old and for a long time I never wanted to have kids. However, I have been lucky enough to find the man I have been looking for....finally. I know he wants to have a baby with me. But, I have a brain tumor that is causing my pcos to get worse...to the point Im not ovulating. I have been to numerous doctors and they all say the same thing...I shouldnt do this to my body. I know he wont leave me because he loves me, plus he has kids from his prior marriage. But I badly want to share this with him. Do you think I am taking anything from him?

ok first things first, I know this is the wrong catergory to post this under. But I need some solutions ASAP and I know this is where the question answering people are.
Ok... My girlfriend just moved from the O.C. to SD, and it has taken her longer to find a job then she had expected. All her bills are stacked to the brim...
She now has three jobs, One she started a week ago (unfortunatly part time and bi-weekly) the second is also part time and she only started yesterday, with the third being a full time that she starts on friday. Having read all that i'm sure that explains the just of the situation. As much as I would love to help I am completely strapped myself. Can any of you money savey people give her any ideas on what she can do before she is burried with bad credit & late fee's etc. etc. etc.

How does the pay a portion of the ticket now, pay a portion later work? I imagine you get the tickets after you've paid everything up first. Do they mail them to you or can you print them out? I want to go with friends. Do we all have to book at the same time? There will be about 4 of us, two to a room. I'm just confused about how all of this works. Can someone give me a step by step. i have '90 toyota camry, i drive 100 miles a day for work monday - saturday.....please some one tell me which brand or what kind of oil for my engine and trasmission that is good for my car ...???? ( it's about 187000miles on it )

I don't know what to do about buying gifts for my nephews' live-in girlfriends. On one hand, I feel like it would be rude not to buy them anything. However, I haven't met one of them (although I will meet her before Christmas and they are officially engaged as of yesterday) and the other one I cannot stand and therefore don't actually want to buy her anything at all! I think now that nephew #1 is engaged means that his significant other should rate higher than a live-in girlfriend and that maybe I should buy her a little something but I know this will hurt nephew #2's girlfriend's feelings if she found out but truth be told I don't want to spend a nickel on her!

I have thought about giving them both a consumable gift, like Christmas cookies or caramel corn as a joint present with the boys so feelings don't get hurt but I am not sure if this is acceptable.

How should I approach this potentially sticky situation?

I need a job in the medical field that pays well and where the future job outlook is high. I plan on becoming a LVN then RN, but right now I need a certificate in something so that i can pay off bills and start working. Also, it needs to be something that is in high demand over-seas, since i plan on living there (Hong Kong) and I only want to go to school and get my certificate in it in under a year.

The ones I was looking at so far are surgical techs, cert. med. asst, radiology tech, xray tech, phlebotomy tech, and CNA.

What is the pay for each of these positions?
What is it like working as each of these?

Any other advice/suggestions about jobs in the medical field where I can go to school under a year and get paid great money afterwards would be really really appreciated!!!

do you:
A) Ignore them
B) Speak up
C) Get into a heated debate over religion right then and there
D)Report it to Human Resources since it is religious discrimination

I only ask because at work today, an athiest just started in about how Christians are fools and the Bible is just a book. Then he and another co-worker began to get into a debate over God vs Science, and although I am a Christian, I don't believe that work is the place for that. What do you think?
