Yes, my dad used to have one but he had it shut off, he thinks they are stupid, but he uses mine or my mom's ALL the time, plus he calls me all day long on my cell, I think he is just afraid of all the new technical stuff out there, he also does not have a computer

Yes my 84 year old great aunt/godmother.
My 75 year old father-in-law (doesn't want the wife who does have a cell phone tracking him down).
I could probably think of alot more but they'd be people over 70 or under 15!

I do know a few people who don't have cell phones, some are young and some are older so there is no particular demographic to them. However I can see why you ask since the vast majority of people I know consider them to be almost a necessity today.
