Say you can't have both, although that would be ideal.

If you were considering breaking the law, would you be more likely to commit the crime if you KNEW you were going to get caught, but the punishment wouldn't be that severe (interpret for yourself)?

Or would you be more likely to commit the crime if there was a chance you would get away with it, but any punishment WOULD be extremely severe (interpret for yourself)?

Think back to disobeying your parents as a teenager if that helps.

Alright, so I've got this guy friend that wants to take me shopping. He says I need 'sluttier' clothes. I've only said, "Whatever you say," and never totally agreed, but he went on and on about what I would need to get. He even went as far a saying I had to get some thongs. And he guessed my bra sized (he was only off a little), and by God, I told him my actual size. And he told me what color bras we would have to get. (I'm sure you can tell from that little information that we have a pretty good relationship) And he kept going on about how pretty I was and how I had to use it. And that I have boobs now.

And then as it got later (10:30 last night) he asked if I could date anyone who would it be. I was drawing blank after blank, so I finally said him. Not sure if it registered, but I said it.

So, anyway, my question: That conversation wasn't normal, was it? Any ideas on what could be brewing? Any ideas on anything?

I'm clueless about guys, so any help would be great!

I've made some proposals this morning. Some of the criticisms of these proposals have been cost.

President Bush asked for $192 billion for Iraq.

Don't you think we could afford machines for voting that would lead to a more accurrate count?


Don't you think we can afford 1000 person precincts to be staffed with qualified workers?

Don't you think we can staff a secretary of state office (or local office) with forms that are in English that ask for name address city state zip and date of birth and machines for biometrics for the voter (which would not be an implanted "chip") but would be a thumbprint scan perhaps.

$192 billion for the Iraq, can't we afford the voting machines of Democracy for a fair system?

I'm looking for a very old movie about 2 lions. The movie is based on 2 real lions that are now housed in the Smithsonion Institute. Michael Douglas was in the movie and the last time my husband seen the movie it was on VCR tape. In the movie Michael Douglas hunts the lions in India and the plot of the movie was about building a bridge..... I sure hope someone knows the name of the movie I'm trying to find. Thank you.

Just to clarify, I'm not the one weaning the puppies. My family and I are adopting a little mixed puppy who is on Day 30. We just met her four days ago and the woman said she was going to start weaning them but we couldn't pick her up until the 2nd...but the woman called my mom this morning and she insists they're all eating fine and that mom won't have anything to do with pups, so she was letting them go and we could come pick her up.

So, what I'm wondering is 1- If we take her in the next week (so 4-5 weeks old) What are the dangers?
And 2- if it's really unsafe for her to come with us this early, how long should we push for the owner to keep her with mom?

I am not aging gracefully. Well maybe that is the wrong term. I am not happy about aging. I got my first Sir two weeks before my birthday from a 18 y/o and that was depressing. I found my first gray hair today in the bathroom mirror at work. I know men usually are not upset about theses things but I am. I am only 27 for GOD's sake. I feel 30 knocking at my door. Intellectually I know that 30 is not old 50 is not even old now a days but I am feeling so old. How did you deal with getting older.

Everything will be the same except we will be divorced. We have children and do own a home together. Does anyone know what the laws are in Illinois and would it effect our property if we sell later. I know this sound extremely dumb but it's something I've wanted for many years. I never wanted to get married but only went through with it to please both parents. I would rather be his common law wife or domestic partner then be "legally married".

Why would Linus, Anacletus, and Clement becomes popes over John?

i think we can understand why Peter would be considered the first "pope" or leader of the church after christ since Peter is always mentioned first in the lists of the Twelve. He is also frequently mentioned in the Gospels as forming with James the Elder and John a special group within the Twelve Apostles, present at incidents to which the others were not party, such as at the Transfiguration of Jesus.

But when peter was martyered in A.D. 64 or A.D. 67. why would linus have taken his place since John who was reponsible for the book of revelations, the Gospel of John was alive untill around the year 101 a.d.. The "Son of thunder" or John had a prominent position in the Apostolic body.

Why would Linus, Anacletus, and Clement becomes popes While John was still alive and receiving revelation for the church?

I often go to the bar and drink. Well i end up by having to go to the bathroom and the line takes forever. So i usually just end up by peeing on the floor or someone that is standing near the bar where you get drinks.
