I know what you are feeling, we all do not want to get older. I cried all day on my 30th bday. It was hard, turning 40 was easier believe it or not. I think that realizing that it happens to everyone helps. You are not the only one your age feeling what you are feeling. The best thing I have learned is the old saying "Your only as old as you feel." If you have a few grey hairs, thats fine. Some people find that sexy. As long as you keep your mind young, you will be alright.

The first gray hair I found I pulled out, but now as I reluctantly approach 40 I have to leave them in because they keep growing back! What can I say-- I was not happy to turn 30 either, but I did, so I sort of just tried to forget about my age. I think some people just have a harder time with it than others, so all I can say to you is, do your best and try not to stress, and you will have to get used to the fact you're aging. But please, don't worry about 30 for a couple more years, all right?

I found my first gray hair when I was 21 years old. I ripped it out. I am now 25 years old. I feel your pain. I constantly dye my hair to hide my grays, also because I dont ever want to see another one.
I get called ma'am all the time. I hate it.
I dont feel old, I still feel like Im 20.
But try not to worry, gray hair on men looks sexy. Just live it up. If you really dont like the idea of gray hair, their are many different products for men to dye there hair and cover grays.

I found my first on my 22nd birthday. I thought 'blimey' and plucked the begger out! These things happen, take a deep breath and look around, most other people have little quirks of age too :-)

hahah....I think I have been blessed so far. I am 35 and my hair looks the same color. Don't worry about that Gray Hair it means you have a lot of WISDOM. And I'd rather have wisdom than youth. If I am not convicing you then tiñetelo y listo!!!

the first gray hair i pulled out in shock, and so the second, but then i sort of accepted it.
as to aging... think of the alternative... which is dying... so that's already a plus.
and as to "young".... it's all in your mind... it's a matter of being curious, inquisitive and trying to learn at least one new thing every day.
