My friend has a job as a tutor at my old tutoring place. He's 13 and gets paid $6/hr. I want to be a tutor and get the same pay becuase we are the same responsibility. I used to go there, but got in a lot of trouble, but she knows i can handle it. I have experience with kids by volunteering to be an assistant coach for lego robotics. So what is the best way to ask for a job?

My husband driving license was taken because the police smelled weed in his car, so now he have a DUI and he cant drive, well i just start driving two years ago and I'm still not that good of a driver. He is mad at me because he have to pay his cousin 100 dollars a week to take him to work because i dont have any license and i told him I will go and get them but now i can't find my s.s card so it is going to take at less two more weeks for me to take him to work, well he is very mad and he took off his ring and said he is leaving me and a whole lot of mean words. I love him but he needs to grow up and if this is the way he want it than so be it. The truth is I love him and I want him to love me but I dont think it's going to work can any one give me some advice on this bull?

I'm 35 weeks and in preterm labor. The past few weeks I've been having mild contractions of and on. But the last 2 days I've been having really painful stabbing pains on the sides of my stomach. Could it be labor? Also I haven't been checked in about 6 weeks, but when I was, I was 100% effaced and 1cm dilated.

My mom won't let me be on the swim team, because she hates bathing suits and hates to see me wearing them. Although I'm pretty skinny (not really stick-SKINNY), but people say I have a nice body, and I don't really see the problem. Anyway, I LOVE to swim, something I live to do, but my mom won't let me be on the team, just because of the clothing I'll have to wear.

Also, I love psychology. My mom took it in college and hated it. Therefore, she's not allowing me to take AP psychology next year--but I love the subject. It's one of my most favorite subjects ever, and I want to major in it, but my mom won't let me because she thinks it will corrupt my mind.

How do I convince my mom about these two things?

I recently bought halo 3 limited edition when it first came out. It had few scratches, though it still work, but now when wanted to play it shows a message saying "In order to play disc, put it in an Xbox 360", same goes for the rest of my 360 games. Though it plays GTA: San Andreas.

I rented out a home to a woman and she could no longer make payments or take care of premises so she moved out leaving a $400.00 rent balance and a mess of the home. I did collect a $200.00 security deposit and she was supposed to pay a $500 security deposit in monthly installments but never made it that far. Anyway her kids threw around a basketball in the basement and ruined the new paint on the walls and ruined about 20 new ceiling tiles on the ceiling,she cut a water line to install a water softener and took her softener with her leaving a cut up mess of plumbing and no working water cause the main line is cut.She put a small hole in the fiberglass tub,left stove and fridge a total mess,left 2 large staines in living carpet,holes in the wall from door knobs,ruined curtain rods and blinds. I have to repaint 80% of the basement and all the trim. What legal action can i take on this woman? And how do i do so? I live in michigan. If i had to guess ,there is approx $6 to $800 in damages

I would like to find a video card that can handle world of warcraft and all it's addons without lag.. and that x700 just an't cutting it.. any suggestions?

i'v been looking at the Radeon HD 2600 XT is that a good card if so witch brand should I use if not witch card do you think I should get... under $175 is my budget.
