My Accord has about 141000 miles on it. Lately is has started sputtering whenever i come to a stop and ocassionally the engine just dies. After this happens i just put it in park and restart it. This has happened numerous times and so i was wondering what could be wrong with it and how i can fix it. Thank you!

I mean yahoo just posted the article about how she is trying to sue some Indians who are making a replica of her Hogwarts school. They only want to model it and have some fun on their religious holiday and have no means of profiting from it. And she wants app. $50,000?!? Why? Does that mean if I make a cake in Mickey Mouse's image I should have to pay Disney Co. money too?

If I were her I would be honored for them to build something base on what I've had already made millions and millions on. It would be different if they were trying to sell it.

He says to me all the time that I need to stop "trippin" about us. I want to be in a relationship with him but I am not ready. I say this to him alot and he seems patient so far. But then he says "You need to stop trippin". He seems to try and make me jealous all the time talking about his ex-girlfriend and I am sick of it. I am getting mixed messages. I tell him I don't want to get involved too deep but the sex is great. This last time during sex he wouldn't look at me like he normally does. What is going on with us? I felt weird and asked him to stop. He later asks me what is wrong and I felt confused and he went and smoked a cigarette. What the hell is going on? Am I really trippin for real or am I the one sending mixed signals?

My daughter's father and I were together almost 6 years. We agreed to call it quits in Nov but continued to live together until I could get on my feet to move out. At this point, we both let all our past demons out and agreed to be honest with each other from then on about possible relationships with other people. I found out that he was talking to a girl in the next state behind my back and things just went downill from there. He ended up stealing $500 from me and talking to another girl. I forced him to move out just last week. That's not even the complicated part. I thought I would be able to move on but I was wrong. I have done nothing but cry everyday and I ache because I love him so much. We both agreed it is what we need and that we would come to a binding agreement outside court concerning our daughter. Basically, he agreed to all my terms, we just have to finalize it. The weekend before I kicked him out, I went out of town and he stayed with his bro because they work together

I own a Dell Inspiron 5150 laptop and that recently got back from there tech support. I did not have the issue before, but when I got it back I have it now. The problem is that the sound card is not working. I have installed, uninstalled, reinstalled, installed different versions of the driver and it does not work. The weird thing is that in both the bootable diagnostic and in linux, the card functions fine. Does anyone have any possibilities on how to fix this issue?

I'm looking to buy a second handgun and I was wondering about good choices for a caliber. I already own a Browning Buckmark .22 semi-automatic and now I'm looking for a centerfire caliber that is almost as cheap to shoot as .22's. I'm thinking about either a .380, a 9mm, or a .38 special. My fiance has a metal hip, he had his hip replacement when he was 16, he has to have it replaced at least every 10 years, he is 22 now and every 5 years his hip has to be checked he has an appointment with the dr on the 31st (8 days after his 23rd birthday) and he's been having a lot of pain in his artificial hip lately I'm afraid that he'll have to get it replaced again, he has a fear of hospitals and surgery I work full time I can't work and care for him at the same time, also we're planning kids for the future and his Mum told me that by the time he's 35 or 40 he may end up in a wheelchair as there are only so many hip replacements he can have, I feel bad that each time we have sex he gets pains in his hip but there's nothing I can do I'm scared and I feel helpless

ok.. so I have this issue with my "lips" they are longer then most women I have seen, from movies or photos.. I was told there was a surgery and I guess I even qualify for it according to my GYN.. I have been living with my boyfriend for almost 7 yrs now and we have 1 little girl, he has a little boy from another woman who i look after as my own. About 3 yrs ago he broke up with me because i was fighting with his girlfriend, he brought her to the house while i was there and i beat her up. he chased me from his house got custody of my child and just throw my personal belongings outside. he would go abroad with different girls and spend money like nobody's business
i stayed with some realtives within the area, got myself a job and trired to move on. I used to go to his house to see my child and then 1 yr later he came begging to take him back, i did take him back because i loved him and i had missed my little girl. now i 've been with him for over 2 yrs now and his money has run out, the kids are not going to sch, i pay for everything in the hse,i don't have a car if am late 5 minutes he he shouts at me and tells me to leave him and stay by myself. am cheating on him and all.
