Like all the Democratic nominees, Clinton realizes that this is a problem we need to address. She's near the bottom of the pack (of Dems) in terms of a plan to address global warming, but she does have a plan. John Edwards has the best plan.
At the link below you can see all the Democrats' plans to deal with various environmental issues including global warming, and it also has interviews with them on the issue.

Sen. Clinton is aware of all the scientific data. She has said, and the scientific community AND a fair sized segment of the industrial community agrees that the situation calls for a gradual but conclusive reduction in greenhouse gases. This will involve diplomacy, regulations, tax incentives and the application of technology that will move this process along. The public for the most part is behind this attempt...the reactionaries of the current GOP fear any change...particularly any change that involves Sen. Clinton. A decade and a half of propaganda aimed at her makes it impossible for this bunch to ever sign on to anything that may involve her. So, their imput is irrelevant in a rapidly changing world. Even though Bush himself has made noises about climate change the GOP simply isn't going to help Hillary Clinton by admitting they're wrong and she's right. In the years to come, these folks will simply fade awaay like the Artic ice.....as Bob Dylan once said....Get out of the way if you can't lend a hand/for the times they are a'changin'....

Hillary Clinton prioritizes the giving of free dollars to every newly born child and the issue of global warming is exclusive to Al Gore who wanted to try again as a candidate for President.
VOTE for your choice as US President on my 360 degrees blog and know if Hillary will likely win.

From the back seat of her limo and from a private jet airliner. Her plans are to move up to a convoy of limos and a much larger plane.

She's using it as a campaign issue against the Republicans right now.
If Gore enters the campaign, she will trash the entire theory.
