we are having a new pay scheme at my workplace and my employer is trying to make me accept a job description that does not reflect the job i do. They are trying to cut down on job descriptions so I am being lumped in to another job description, however both jobs are as different as chalk and cheese. I believe they are doing this so as in the future they can say i have to do the other job as it states so in the new job description. I can not do this job as i am not trained to do so. Am I in my rights to refuse this as i have a signed contract and job description. I want a job description that reflects what i do.

I am holding a meeting/conference with a group of of my team and want to use the fish!

I just bought a 2003 Chevrolet 2500 HD, it has a plow package on it and I also purchased a Diamond 8' plow (w/ lights, etc). I've never plowed before and am new to the whole thing.

Are there any tips you can give me so I don't make more work than I have to when I plow? (i.e. plowing my garage door in, etc).

Any help you guys could give me would be greatly appreciated!!!

my common law wife and i were together for 5 years....bought a condo together and she had even told me about mariage in aug 08. She said everything was fine the way it was and never had any bad thoughts about us. Then one day she up and tells me that she "wants to see what else is out there" that she "needs more" and still loves me but its not the same love. Why is it that when you find the one you want and are told the same...women seem to be able to do just the opposite!!

Don`t American`s realize that they could easily pay for health insurance with the money they save if there was no income tax... There would still be taxes on earnings, just not your labour.. Don`t you know taxing your labour is slavery according to your own constitution! I`m Canadian and our health care (run by the gov`t) sucks.. people are dying on waiting lists.. You wouldn`t believe how many people don`t even have a doctor.

I'm married to a man that i don't love. He recently had a seizure, for the first time (scared the hell out of me). He doesn't seem like he want to be somebody. He just lost his job that makes me more mad. I feel like i'm his care taker, i don't feel like we are equally or that he want to make something out of his life.
I was on the dean's list last year but now my grades are dropping because am so stressed out.
I really think i would be a lot happier without him in my life But i know for a fact that if i leave him he won't be able to make it on his own. I'm giving way more than i'm getting back. Is this what marriage is suppose to be like? I'm 24 and he's 31 and i'm way more mature than he is. He lost his job because he was "joking" around.
Would u stay in an unhappy marriage?

Now they are saying that you are not allowed to smoke in your own car if there are minors present, I'm so glad I live in Nebraska, the only place we are not allowed to smoke is in public buildings. So were does everybody live and what are your smoking rules in your state, which ones do you agree on and which ones do you think are a little extreme?
