Anybody can send an script to a studio?

I mean if i'll write an script for tv series or movie i'd just can send it to a studio or producer or necessarily i need to have a contact in the industry.

Try multi scrips to multi tv studios make sure u copyright it first so some can't steal it!! check the web how to copyright the cheap way...has something todo with postoffice..
